iCarsoft Europe They don't respond to emails after placing an order.

I bought an iCarsoft CR MAX from iCarfoft Europe.com only to find it did not work on my 2020 model Vauxhall combo, I updated the software as suggested on the website, it now reads the steering module but no others. I have contacted this company for technical help using the form on their web site 7 times, I have emailed their customer service 3 times for help, I have not received any replies to my pleas for help from their technical department, nor from their customer service email address on their site. I have twice requested a return through their site which tells me to complete the returns form below, only there is no returns form to fill in on their site, so I do not know what to do, they advertise on their site that if you return the unit within the first 30 days of receipt you will receive a full refund. I do not trust that I can just send the unit back to their warehouse address in France, not without filling in the non-existent returns form and having no returns reference or authorisation, and expect that I would get a refund from them, when I cannot even get an answer to queries for help. I have only given them one star because this site does not let me give you zero. This is the worst customer service I have ever received in my life. I am apparently stuck with an expensive piece of equipment which is of no use to me as it does not work as intended. Buyer beware do not buy from this site, it is either fraudulent or it simply has the worst possible customer service you can imagine. You have been warned. Do not buy from this site!

Buy one OBD reader but not received it after some days of delay. ICARsoft assistance is zero! not reply email, not have chat: silence! Service and assistance is zero by my experience. Hope we will receive the product and can use it, as the first impression is absolutely zero assistance not only after sale but also not got the product WE pay for!

I bought an item from this company and when it arrived they wanted another £43 i refused and contacted them and was told by one of there employees that there fed up with us from the uk and we should learn to read very rude and very bias company since then i have been in touch for them to explain there actions and been total fobbed off and still no refund and no goods and now i received a bill from ups for a deliver service that was free i would defenetly avoid this company

Doesnt work. I sent email to the company like 3 weeks ago and no answered after they told me to send the car information downloaded.

Bought v2.0 for use with a Saab
Doesn't read any Codes on Saab or BMW I had ten manufacturers added and so far it doesn't work on the 2 iv tested and all test were carried out on cars with faults

The icarsoft diagnostic device is the best thing for finding , clearing and resetting faults on most vehicles. The price of the unit isn't far off what alot of workshops would charge just to plug their equipment in and you are able to use it over and over again. I was able to detect a fault, clear it and do a full system check . A very easy system to plug in and use, nothing complicated
