I purchased a Multi-system Car Diagnostic tool VOL V3.0.
Tried it on my 2022 Volvo S60. Nothing Volvo specific that required an actuation failed. e.g. put rear brake into service position.
Contacted support by email who requested a feed back log which I did, no acknowledgement even thought I requested one. In desperation I sent another log with a delivery and read request. Nothing.

I would give zero stars if I could. I emailed to ask if their KR V1.0 would work on my Kia’s ABS. They said it would and I even realised later that they say it does on their website. Bought it. It doesn’t work. Asked for refund. They asked me to log the check on the scanner and send them the file. They sent an update. Tried again. It didn’t work. In the meantime I realised from the internet that this is a common route for them. I’ve been asking for my money back since and they’ve gone silent. Basically they appear to be a legit company that actually robs people of their money. Not happy. I will be doing a YouTube review soon to highlight the scam nature of this company to others.

Customer service /tech is a waste of time like the product and company it's a wonder they are still in business!
Their YouTube videos are from people that icarsoft paid or gave them the tool for free to write a positive review don't be a victim of this dirty dealing!

Bought iCarsoft V1.0 for my Boxer 2.8 hdi 2003. It turned out that model was not supported and that model is the most sold Boxer model. I have realized that I am not alone in this case. They state that they support Boxer, but not true for me.
It worked with my Citroen C3 2011.

The DIAGNOSE feature on icarsoft CR pro for interrogating ECU modules on Toyota/Mazda cars does not work (communication failure) on my 2019 Corolla. OBDII feature is OK though. Watch out for foreign sellers (France) as I had to pay £41 extra for duty/handling charges before I could receive it. Amazon didn't state clearly on invoices that I had to pay it.
It wasn't such a bargain I had hoped for in the end!

iCarSoft toyota CR pro function list is available if you email them and request it (a link to download file). All Toyota cars ECU's diagnosis are not supported! Toyota won't release ECU codes.

I knew i should have checked Trustpilot first, but there you go, i purchased the VOL V3.0 for my Volvo V50 2011 model, first i echo everything that has been said about this company.
This company claim an all singing and dancing product, but then end with the get out of jail clause of manufacturers not releasing the access codes for various models, i get that, but i bought mine from diagnostic-world.com here in the UK and specifically asked about the active headlamp calibration and diagnostic function because that was the main reason for buying the tool.
They responded saying it would, but it doesn't, neither will it do battery management or TPMS on my son in laws Volvo XC60.
Then there's the you can't return the tool if you have registered it and done the free update, seems logical to me that you would do that before complaining just in case that resolves the problem.
Emailed diagnostic world on the 28th March regarding my problem and they just fobbed me off to icarsoft who messed me about wanting log files and saying they will get there software engineer to check and get back to me, they don't simple as that, they just wait until you get bored and go away.
I'm a big boy and been around a long time i could have accepted an admission that these functions won't work on your model, but no they just ignore you.
I realised that a person named Lucy who emailed me admitted she was in China, so clearly not the US, was communicating with me.
Sorry about the long rant but my advise is don't buy the dedicated model tool as it's poor value as the exact same software is on the multi vehicle tool, also maybe avoid icarsoft and pay a bit extra for one that works and has good customer support.
It's a bit of a lottery with diagnostic tools so don't bank on any of them working for your vehicle.
Diagnostic- world do have some youtube videos which do appear to have genuine comments about the tool good and bad, but when you enquire about a specific function and they tell you yes that will work and it then doesn't shows to me there more interested in selling than customer service, they won't even ring you, the only way to contact them is by email.
Lesson learned i'm afraid, but it's the awful side of buying online, rather than face to face.

Absolutely shocking cmr service and products...
Used my MB V2 about 6 times, won't turn on now, won't update,£200 brick.
They don't answer emails or three phone, what a rubbish company.

Avoid

Claims to be compatible with a large number of vehicle manufacturers, but actually isn't. Seems to support more American vehicles than European and in fact when you select just European most of the brands disappear. If there was any support (which there isn't) then it might get 2 stars, but as it is avoid at all costs because its nothing more than a massively over-priced ODB2 scanner.

Do Not Buy Fake reviews online like youtube absolutely rubbish machine, no customer service replies.

I Carsoft Diagnostic Tool does not work properly. I have downloaded the latest update for the device, diagnostic Setting Works but the other settings do not work correctly. The error message on screen is - cannot communicate. When I click on about on the device I can see the Serial Number, UID, Firmware Package And the latest Update for the device for Jaguar And Landrover.

Bought a icarsoft CR Pro from icarsoft europe specifically to code injectors on my nissan juke 2015, it says in the specs that id does do this function , when i got it sure enough didnt support this function on this vehicle....250 quid down the drain, so as it says there is a 30 day money back, i sent it back to the returns address, only to find that the French address doesnt exist and French post duly sent it back to me, looks like i will have to keep it as im not confident i would get my money back even if it did get back to then some how...avoid this company at all cost, there's no email response and no phone number to call.

I bought the ICarsoft POR V2.0 to support my 2016 Porsche Panamera GTS. I was assured by iCarsoft that device was compatible with my car.
It is not. I needed to do a battery reset, which the device is supposed to do. It will not do a reset. I contacted support who asked for pictures. Pictures of what? A picture of the battery. Then I was asked for a log file to be created. I sent the log file and two photos of the screens I encountered. That was two weeks ago. No further response after repeated status requests.
Bottom line is their software is useless. Customer support is non existent. This purchase was a complete waste of money. If you are looking for a OBD2 scanner, be advised to look elsewhere.

The HNM II I bought needs updates, Subaru is only upto 2015 and all the rest are years out of date. The rubber/plasic used for the cable sheath and SD card cover have all disintergrated and the sides where it is held are soft and sticky. When it was being updated it was easy to do but some models were patchy in what is covered which is to be expected at this price. Instead of giving us updates it looks like they just bring out a new model which probably, will soon also become obselete. If you are lucky and it can do what you want, it is nice and easy to use.
To leave a review on their website you need to login but as there is no way to login there aren't any reviews. This is a warning sign to me.

Purchase a Icarsoft MB V2. I never received the item emailed several times no response. £145 out of pocket and nothing to show for it.
Do not use this company.
They have basically stole £145 from me.
Just to add to this review, icarsoft changed my review on their website from negative to positive. That just sums up the company. Untrustworthy and dishonest

Bought one of these icarsoft Pro...In Mar this yr. Came to use it in my mazda 6 skyactive. Won't do a f**** thing.. Total waste of money.. nearly 300 quid.. Sent email to them No reply after 4 days.. Don't buy one of these Their useless...

Bought this specifically to obtain dpf values in my mercedes 2014 cla 220 cdi amg sport, was not looking to do regens etc just after basic values like soot level etc, my cla 117 is at the top of the list for supported models, guess what it does not even list my car in the settings for the dpf :( save yourself some heartache and avoid this product, the only good news i have about my experience is i purchased my unit 2nd hand so did not pay full price, am thinking now this is why the seller sold it aswell lack of support.

They don't respond to emails after purchasing a product. Product bought doesn't do what it says it should do. I tried to get in touch for over 3 weeks & when I did get a response, it was only due to a bad review. They then went on to change my review from 1 star to 5 stars & changed my review comment to 'Great Store'. Absolutely appalling!! Do not buy from this company they are a disgrace!
