Bad Product
The lift on the chair failed less than 6months after purchase. I've had office chairs last 6 years without issue, but the chair I purchased here is complete garbage. Looks nice, doesn't work, no thanks.

Mel in Cust. Svc. got back to me right away, providing a detailed explanation with a photo regarding the height adjustment which is on the same lever as the tilt. I LOVE my new chair, when I sit on it all day it's already improved my lumbar support & similar to a 0 gravity feel in the seat by the way it was designed. Kudos to Mel & Icons of Manhattan team!

We had an obscure request from an order over 2 years old and Mel happily and quickly dug up the info we needed. Amazing!!

I was told I would get the chair by December 9, it’s Dec 10 and hasn’t been shipped yet. Will update later when I m receive the order. I was prompted to leave a review as soon as I ordered the chair online

Ordered chair, issues with quality, delayed shipping, delayed delivery, received emails from their team & when I responded multiple times no one would respond or answer.

Be careful when using this site. After you put in credit card information there is no chance to review the order. It confirms the purchase without the ability to see the final amount.

The ordering process was straightforward, the price extremely competitive and quoted delivery period most convenient.

Poor presentation of free shipping.

I was offered a free shipping option. Shipping was shown as deducted, but then re added when I paid on credit card.

Nowhere obvious to cancel my order. Bad online customer experience.

I'm writing this review as I've been offered £10 off the order if I complete a review.

The order supposed to arrive 5 days prior to their confirmation of delivery. I called them immediately I realized that the shipment would not arrive on the day they committed to be delivered and they promised me to stop the shipment and refund my money right a way. None of these happened and now I am in the position to file a complaint with the credit card company they took my money from.

Ordered this chair it’s beautiful, as per photo and description. We’ll priced. Better quality than a similar item ordered from other company. Arrived quickly. I’ve ordered 3 more. 5 stars
