Hi Kay,

We’re very sorry to hear that your order was delivered to the wrong address. We completely understand how frustrating this must be, particularly when the delivery photo clearly shows a different front door and you’ve paid for an order you haven’t received.

This certainly isn’t the delivery experience we want for our customers. Please contact us at enquiries@icybeardental.com with your order details so we can investigate this with our fulfilment team and the Post Office and work towards getting this resolved for you.

Hi Elise,

Thank you for your honest feedback. We understand that receiving four emails back-to-back immediately after placing an order can feel excessive, and we’re sorry if the frequency of our messages was frustrating.

As you haven’t had the opportunity to try the products yet, we hope you’ll be able to form a positive impression once they arrive and you’ve had some time to use them.

We appreciate you raising this with us, as feedback like yours helps us review the customer experience from ordering through to post-purchase communication.

Hi Charlotte,

We’re sorry to hear that you haven’t noticed the difference you were hoping for after using the toothpaste and powder. We understand how disappointing that can be, particularly when you’ve taken the time to use both products.

Whitening results can vary from person to person, and we appreciate you being honest about your experience. We’d really like the opportunity to understand more about how you’ve been using the products and see if there’s anything we can do to help. Please contact us at enquiries@icybeardental.com with your order details.
