Hi Lisa,
We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback with us. We understand how important clear guidance is when starting a new routine, especially with a multi-piece whitening set. Results often take a bit more time to become visible, but having clear steps is essential. We are currently updating our product packaging to include detailed application order and usage guidelines so our customers know exactly how to use each item together effectively.

Hi Kay,
We’re very sorry to hear that your order was delivered to the wrong address. We completely understand how frustrating this must be, particularly when the delivery photo clearly shows a different front door and you’ve paid for an order you haven’t received.
This certainly isn’t the delivery experience we want for our customers. Please contact us at enquiries@icybeardental.com with your order details so we can investigate this with our fulfilment team and the Post Office and work towards getting this resolved for you.

Hi Elise,
Thank you for your honest feedback. We understand that receiving four emails back-to-back immediately after placing an order can feel excessive, and we’re sorry if the frequency of our messages was frustrating.
As you haven’t had the opportunity to try the products yet, we hope you’ll be able to form a positive impression once they arrive and you’ve had some time to use them.
We appreciate you raising this with us, as feedback like yours helps us review the customer experience from ordering through to post-purchase communication.
