Hi Sally,

We’re very sorry to hear that your order hasn’t reached you, especially as the tracking shows it as delivered and you’ve already emailed us without receiving a response.

We completely understand how concerning and frustrating this must be when you don’t know where the parcel has been left. Please contact us at enquiries@icybeardental.com with your order details so we can look into the delivery with our fulfilment team and help get this resolved.

Hi Julie,

We’re very sorry to hear about the experience you’ve had, especially after being a loyal customer for over two years. We completely understand how disappointing it must have been to go without your usual powder, toothpaste and other products for an entire month, particularly after your original order from 2 September was not received and you then had to cancel and place another order.

We’re also sorry that you were given an expected posting date and then had to wait another week without receiving your order. This is certainly not the level of service we want our customers to experience.

Thank you for being honest about what happened, Julie. Your feedback regarding the delays and communication is genuinely appreciated and will be shared with the relevant team.
