Tony (engineer) kept us up to date of…
Tony (engineer) kept us up to date of est. time of arrival first thing in the am and then text to say when we were the next visit which is very helpful. On arrival he was polite and friendly and got to work immediately and did a very thorough inspection and annual summer service of our boiler.
Never had any problems with the people that come to do work on our boiler which is covered on an insurance plan we have. Would highly recommend Ide Heating.

Customer service very slow
Had service on boiler, which was great.The engineer was on time and carriedou a good clean job.
However the documentation was not emailed as promised and I spent almost an hour on the so called 'live chat'.

Another great experience with Ideal Heating, I was given an approximate time when the engineer would be coming between 8am - 9am . He was on time and did a good job. Tom was efficient, helpful and straight on with the job in hand. Excellent service.
