The engineer kindly put on boot covers as our boiler is upstairs off the bedroom so as to protect the carpets.
He was polite and curtious and did a through job at checking out the boiler.

Glen the engineer arrived at the stated…
Glen the engineer arrived at the stated time and was polite and informative, letting us know exactly what the issue was and then letting us know how it would be rectified and repaired under the warranty / guarantee.
The replacement of the faulty fan and retesting of the system was completed professionally and and Glen offered us tips on running the boiler efficiently.
Very pleased and Glen was great.
