DO NOT BUY FROM IDIVIA: Deceptive Practices, Held My Money Hostage, and Zero Communication!

If I could give zero stars, I would. This company engages in incredibly deceptive and unprofessional business practices.

I placed an order and specifically paid for premium DHL shipping. For 10 straight days, I heard absolutely nothing from them. No tracking number, no shipping update, just total silence. I finally had to initiate contact myself to find out what was going on.

Their response was an absolute disgrace. They openly admitted that because their internal shipping rates with DHL had increased, they secretly decided to just sit on my order holding my money hostage hoping the shipping rates would drop. They didn’t have the basic decency to honor the transaction, absorb the cost, or even notify me of the delay! Instead, only after I confronted them, they unilaterally canceled my order.

They tried to blame "logistical disruptions," which is a complete lie, as I receive international DHL packages to my address regularly without any issues. The truth is, they only care about their profit margins. If a shipping rate cuts into their profit, they will simply ignore your order, keep your money, and say nothing until you catch them.

To make matters worse, they claimed a refund was issued, but the funds have still not appeared in my account.

Save yourself the headache, the wasted time, and the terrible customer service. Buy from a reputable, honest company that actually respects its customers. Avoid Idivia at all costs!

We are sorry for your experience and regret the frustration caused by the lack of timely updates regarding your order.

For clarity, no funds were ever captured or retained by IDIVIA. The PayPal transaction was a standard payment authorization only, which is automatically released when an order is cancelled. As the order was not dispatched, no charge was processed.

The order was cancelled due to exceptional and sudden disruptions affecting international shipping routes to Israel at the time, driven by ongoing conflict and resulting instability in courier operations, including DHL service limitations. During this period, logistics conditions changed materially, making reliable fulfilment no longer viable under the original service parameters.

We fully acknowledge that the core issue was communication. Even though context was shared during our direct correspondence, we should have informed you earlier and more proactively. We sincerely apologise for this.

At no point was there any intention to delay, withhold information, or act without transparency. This case has been reviewed internally and has already led to improvements in our communication and escalation processes.

La experiencia muy buena la verdad, y tenía algo de miedo por algunos comentarios que había leído. Me llegó paquete en unos 3 o 4 días y además me contestaron con rapidez a alguna pregunta que tuve por mail.

Realmente Malo!!

Realmente Malo!!! Hice un pedido el 9 de diciembre dijeron que por Navidad se podría demorar hasta 25 días hábiles por lo que debió haber llegado antes del 13 de enero. Estamos a 23 de febrero, el producto NO llego y NO ME DEVUELVEN EL DINERO. La última respuesta de ellos fue el 10 de febrero y desde entonces nunca más respondieron los mail.

Muchas molestias, pérdida de tiempo y dinero

Hace 8 días ya que hice un pedido a esta empresa de 113Fr. Desde el día siguiente del pedido me manda mails preguntando si deseo cambiar a otro producto. Y les digo que no. Después de tres días sin decirme nada y cuando pregunto por mi pedido vuelven a mandarme otra vez si quiero cambiar a otro producto diferente y les digo que no.
Hoy me dicen que no tienen ninguna compra por mi parte.
Les he enviado fotos del número de pedido y lo que pedí y pagado.
No me han respondido.
Ahora tienen mi dinero y no tengo el producto.
Daré hasta el sábado de plazo a que resuelvan ésto y sino lo envían urgente escribiré un articulo en el periódico para que se sepa lo que ocurre.
También tramitaré denuncia pública y privada para que no estafen a más personas.
Si alguien quiere también añadirse a mi denuncia, puede contactar conmigo aquí.

Si hoy recibo respuesta de INDIVIA.COM, rectificaré ésta reseña.

Sin embargo, debido a una actualización reciente en la formulación del producto solicitado, suspendimos temporalmente el envío para confirmar con usted si deseaba recibir esta nueva versión. Por respeto a nuestros clientes, nunca enviamos versiones actualizadas sin confirmación previa.

Durante los días posteriores, le contactamos en varias ocasiones para aclarar su preferencia. En sus respuestas, se mencionó un producto diferente del que figura en su pedido, lo que generó confusión sobre cuál era su intención de compra. Con base en esta discrepancia, intentamos proactivamente proponerle una solución alternativa con el correspondiente ajuste, pero comprendemos que esto pudo resultar frustrante.

En el momento en que usted expresó su voluntad de cancelar la compra, procedimos de inmediato al reembolso completo. Este ya ha sido tramitado por nuestro sistema y actualmente depende únicamente de los plazos establecidos por su entidad bancaria para que se vea reflejado en su cuenta.

En cuanto a la afirmación de que “no hay constancia de su compra”, lamentamos sinceramente si alguna comunicación no fue clara. En ningún momento se ha negado la existencia de su pedido; nuestro objetivo siempre fue esclarecer la situación para poder ofrecerle una solución adecuada.

Reiteramos nuestras disculpas por cualquier inconveniente ocasionado. Seguimos a su disposición para cualquier aclaración adicional y esperamos tener la oportunidad de merecer su confianza en el futuro.

現在オールインプラントの歯なのですが

現在オールインプラントの歯なのですが、定期的に歯医者に行って状態を診てもらいます
その時に歯茎の状態がちょっと悪くなってきていると言われ、elugelを使う事になりました。
その後は歯茎の状態がとても良くなり、歯医者も全く問題無いと言っています。
とても良い商品だと思います
これからもずっと使い続けます

Order from Idivia (DHL) 4 days delivery from Portugal to NC, USA

I ordered a wart removal. The order was made on Monday (April 2025) and within a couple of hours I received the shipping label. And the shipment took place on the same day or the next day, because already on Friday at lunchtime I received the product in NC, USA.
