Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear you had a frustrating experience, but we really appreciate you bringing this issue to our attention.
On the other hand, we’ve read through your review and believe there is some confusion because we responded to all your contacts on the same day you contacted us. We respond to all communications and always try to respond in less than 24 hours (working days). Regarding returns, our position is always about helping in everything. In our answers, you can understand exactly how to return the product you no longer want. Regarding having received the wrong product, we perfectly understand your frustration. Still, the product you received was the product you purchased on our website, and it is the same one we have had available for some time (this is the original version we have always had available on the website and by the brand - Paradontax).
