We've had a Britannia range cooker which was working perfectly for 20+ years, but was unfortunately damaged during a water leak in the house. As we loved the thing, we elected to replace it with an ILVE (largely because life without a rotisserie would be very sad). Our shiny new range cooker arrived last week, complete with "chef's top"... my new favourite toy. I've been cooking pretty much everything on that big metal slab, whether it makes sense or not! Much more versatile that the lava stone grill on our old range cooker, which primarily just generated lots of smoke. Also, we had a couple of minor issues which turned out to be due to third-party installation problems. ILVE sent an engineer promptly after being notified of the problems, and he fixed them immediately. In summary, two thumb up from me.

Recently received 100cm Milano Fry Top Double Oven Dual Fuel Range Cooker PD10FNE3 White & Brass.

The product firstly looks great. Very stylish and well built. We opted for the fry top option as my son likes to make pancakes this feature is wonderful and convenient. The fry top is heavy weighted and looks like it will last for years to come. The fry top option will also be great to make other breakfast dishes and allows the user to avoid using a fry pan. Very professional functionality.

thrilled with the new range, getting the hang of all the knobs, love that the burners have separate indentations to collect any spills which make cleaning up easier. the ovens themselves are excellent and it’s good to have the choice of using the smaller oven for smaller meals. it looks beautiful and is much admired

Felt like a personal shopping experience. Our range was integral to our kitchen design and it was great to gain the expertise of the ILVE team via our kitchen contractors and design team. They were able to answer my questions regarding paint/colour preferences and ease of cleaning. Very helpful and very happy with our product.

Bought an Ilve induction oven. Expectations set as to delivery and was delivered when expected. Delivery was very professional as access not easy.

I absolutely LOVE my ILVE Milano cooker, it's everything I hoped it would be and more.

The ILVE Milano is for serious cooks who take equal pride in how their kitchen is presented and how it performs - for me not only is this the cooker of my dreams with brass knobs and handles that ooze elegance, having used the cooker for almost 3 years now, I can hand on my heart say that these cookers are built to last and hopefully mine will last me till the end of my days.

I've used all the features on my cooker including the rotisserie feature, the fry top, the slow cooker oven function (to name a few) and my favourite, the pizza function! There are plenty of burners and two ovens, which is important for me as I have a big family and am always entertaining.

Although I have a large 120cm Milano, I don't find cleaning the cooker difficult thanks to the individual pan supports which makes wiping up spillages easy. A little scrub with a brillo pad on the aluminium rings leaves them like new.

There are so many options which makes my ILVE Milano very versatile, if you're thinking of investing in one, do it!

As a chef and native Italian, I was very fussy when choosing a cooker for my home and took ages to decide. I have now had my Majestic Milano cooker ( with matching hood featuring heat lamps) for over 5 years. I love everything about it, the way it looks, the build quality and the fantastic cooking functions. I cook pizzas in a few minutes using the specialist pizza setting, I love the rotisserie and hotplate. The oven cooks evenly every time- no hot spots and it’s easy to clean.

The ILVE Majestic is the closest thing to cooking on a professional cooker and would recommend it to anyone who truly loves cooking.

A small issue with a bulb after a few years was sorted out within days- I was really impressed with the after sales service too.

Just a great piece of cooking equipment

Thank you for your response-would really like the opportunity to discuss this in full and I still have all correspondence and one in particular where an engineer reported "the issue with this customer is overuse......."!!
It is still baffelling how it was possible for me to have managed to corode 'hospital grade' stainless steel within a sealed unit.

I was informed by the Ilve accredited repair agent MRCR that I was responsible for corroding a 'stainless steel' impeller - housed deep within the oven mechanics. Apparently by using a cleaning agent. This was a complete untruth levied by MRCR. More a fabrication to overcome the disatisfaction by the operative towards me. Highly unproffesional.
After numerous communications and utter frustration at such ludicrous accusations and allegations. I vowed never to purchase another ilve product again. The oven purchased was there newest Ultra combi £3500+ price tag. Purchased through JL and Kitchenex, there was little or no customer support and the techincal advisor was lacking the very basic technical knowledge of the product.
The oven was returned after less than one years use. There was catorgorically no spray cleaner used, much less any cleaner that could possibly have reach and corroded a stainless steel impeller located within the deep area of the mechanics of the oven and it's housing.

I am so dissatisfied with this stove .. hard to start the burners and the oven really is terrible… it a huge disappointment.. although it looks great

We bought the Milano double oven with 6 gas jets and plancher. It’s quite great to be honest and we use all functions that the cooker offers. I was dubious about using an electric grill after a whole lifetime of using gas but this grill is superb: heats up quickly and has good heat control with a 12 point selection.

From the moment my Ilve oven arrived I’ve been besotted! It looks so sleek, fits my kitchen amazingly and cooks so well. The oven heats up super quick and I just love all the different features. I love that you can customise the colour and finishes of your oven, just perfect in every way! So pleased with it!

We've had our ilve Majestic Milano cooker for a few months and we love it. It's solid, the burners are great, and the oven is gorgeous. Strongly recommended to anybody who cares about the appliance functionality and it's aesthetics. Simple but sophisticated design, easy to clean and operate is what we really like about it. Our experience with customer service has been second to none. Had a minor issue with one of the seals on the door and they came out and sorted the issue within a couple of days.

Recently I brought a Roma range cooker. It’s one of my best purchases ever. It was uniquely colour matched for our kitchen and beautiful finished. It was delivered as expected by great delivery drivers and it’s so easily cleaned without sneering. I would definitely recommend to others.

I purchased a Ilve majestic range cooker and just wanted to say how totally efficient it is. Not only the oven, but the fry top. I damaged one of the knobs, and a replacement was sent out to me straight away. I would recommend an Ilve to everyone.
