The agent with dealt with was helpful and responded quickly. However, we specifically requested that the contact be via email and your company still chose to phone us. We find it hard to process information about travel over the phone and much prefer to have it in writing to consider. While we did get lots of information later in writing the actual booking part was awkward for us by phone.
