Unbeknown to us our enquiry was answered from Perth as it was at the end of Fridays business hours when I made my initial enquiry in NZ.
Dan was very knowledgeable, polite and patient. He worked through our enquiry and we made a booking there and then. He talked us through all the stages efficiently and answered our questions clearly. He made several return phone calls and emailed all the documents through on time.
I didn’t realise a trip with extra days and a cruise could be made so promptly. Thank you Dan.
We now await our holiday and hope it all goes as efficiently as the booking process.

I booked a holiday last weekend with Imagine Holidays and it was a very easy process with Jade who was very helpful in getting us booked on the cruise part of the holiday near our friends from Australia (we are from NZ). All four couples have been booked in the same area of the ship which was the best result we could have hoped for. Thank you very much Jade, and thank you to Fleur who put us on to Jade recognising that Jade had done the original booking for the Ozzie couples! The whole holiday was also very reasonably priced with all of the inclusions.

What a difference a single person can…
What a difference a single person can make for an Organisation has been exemplified by Sara of Imagine Holidays.
Last weekend I put a bad review for the company given our cruise was cancelled and refund had not arrived into our account as discussed.
Thought we were badly dealt with- but Sara took the issue upon herself on Monday (08/04) morning and after apologising she acted with utmost professionalism and empathy and understood our viewpoint and took the complaint further and made sure it was resolved within a very reasonable timeframe and updated me along the way.
We had got our refund within 45minutes of her taking up the issue.
Mistakes happen - it’s how we can recover from it and win over clients is what matters- We will surely go back to Sara next time we want to book a holiday.
