I had called a couple of times earlier to discuss and had also asked for a call back from a particular agent. But that call never came through. So I called again and spoke to Charles Denman and he was really really helpful in booking my tour explaining in details all the details. This made my experience great otherwise I was a bit disappointed when I did not receive a call back as requested.

Easy booking for older travelers.
Viran Bhardwaj gave clear and concise information about what was available.She explained fully what was included and costs involved.This made it easy to make a decision.
She contacted me at the time she said she would and everything was arranged very efficiently considering that my friend who was traveling with me was in Oamaru and I was in Levin. We are both elderly and found making the arrangements easy.Not always the case.
