Best Booking Experience
I spoke with Zoe with initial queries and was given a lot of relevant and useful information. Zoe agreed to call me back at a specific time with the answers to some of my queries that had to be checked and this is exactly what she did. Zoe then talked me through the complete holiday with valuable information re cabins , options, recommendations etc. I later then booked the holiday and again was given comprehensive info and talked through the payment process which was very smooth. I’ve never had such a thorough and honest booking experience and it has given me great confidence that we will be well looked after and will have a wonderful holiday. No hard sales talk, just honest factual info delivered in a very friendly and welcoming manner. Zoe is a great asset to Imagine Cruising.
