Great travel company
Luke was very attentive and informative. He patiently answered all our questions and made the booking very easy. We spent a long time on the phone to him but not once did he get impatient. We have booked several holidays with Imagine Cruising and have always found them very good. Would recommend this company any day.

Absolutely outstanding service from Ceri!
We recently booked our Caribbean cruise with Ceri and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the very beginning, she was incredibly helpful, patient and knowledgeable, taking the time to understand exactly what we wanted.
Ceri went above and beyond at every stage. Nothing was too much trouble, and she genuinely made us feel that our holiday mattered to her. Her attention to detail and personal approach gave us complete confidence that everything was being taken care of.

The booking process was smooth and straightforward, Henry was very polite, helpful and knew all the answers to my questions. The only slight issue I had was the time it took to return my initial call, over an hour which would have been ok if I wasn’t originally told by the person answering the call that it be “straight away”

A very well organised tour of Turkey…
A very well organised tour of Turkey with a week cruise at the end of the holiday. The hotels were generally very good, the Marriott was excellent on all levels but others were somewhat less than five star. Our guide, Emrah was totally professional, well informed and highly organised, our driver too was excellent and navigated some difficult points of access.
The tour covered a wide variety of historical sites and although it wouldn't be possible to cover everything I feel that the most important sites were visited.
We have travelled with Imagine many times and this trip met our expectations, we would certainly recommend Imagine and plan to book further holidays with them.
