While the purchase and delivery of the products went fine, the three hoodies I ordered were of very poor quality. The fabric was thin and they have not held up well after only two washes. Far below what I would have expected for the price. I would have returned them but for an international buyer it's too expensive and not worth the time. I would not use again.

The shirt I bought from them is good, but it's totally not worth it if you live outside the US. You have to pay import tax and the delivery is just bad. I don't blame the store tho, everything that I ordered came, but I paid almost 50 bucks for just one shirt. Unless you don't mind all the money and really want some merch, go for it.

Had an issue with some merch and dealt with a stellar individual at this company who corrected the problem immediately. Their communication and handling of the issue was great. Seeing and getting great service is what makes people come back. The person I dealt with is definitely an asset to their CS team. Cheers 🍻

I've ordered before with this site and everytime I'm always 100% satisfied. The orders are always correct, well packaged, mint condition when they arrive (although it wouldn't be their fault if it was broken, that's the carrier abs the postmen's fault.😄) They have a great customer service and I've never been deceived so far. I truly recommend them. I will again return to purchase some other albums I found on their site.

What can I say about these guys other than the fact they kick ass on so many levels.

There aren't many places that you can get cool shirts from here in Chicago. ...And no, Hot Topic doesn't count. These cats have some of the best selections to choose from and are even double sided.

For instance, I have been looking for a cool Iron Maiden double sided shirt that wasn't a typical album cover slapped on the front. I found it. I also got a killer Death long sleeve. The only thing bad here is that some of these items are so hot that they go with the quickness and you have to wait quite a while till more come in. But, that's just what happens.

Overall, they have what I am looking for at good prices and this is my go to shop till I drop dead.

I received my CD from indie merch store this morning. I live all the way in Ireland and my CD got here in perfect condition and really fast. I highly recommend indie merch store!!!

Ordered an Infant Annihilator 'Child Snatcher' hoodie, came within 3 weeks to Singapore which is quite fast in my opinion. Everything came perfectly well, customer service is also another plus as they reply quick too. Will definitely order more in the future :D

The delivery was quick and I loved the way the shirts came out.. Very comfortable.. I definitely will make more orders soon.

Terrible quality. Had to pay 10€ import tax. To be clear This is absolutely
not the fault of Indie Merch. But I am So disappointed with quality of short. It is literally the cheapest fruit of the loom shirt you can get with poor quality printing. I’d send it back except I’ve already paid the import tax and won’t get that back.

I placed order from aus over 2 weeks ago and as of today its still in the usa stupidly slow delivery so i do not recommend indiemerch at all

I made 2 separate purchases, 1 for myself and one for a buddy across the country, and both orders made it earlier than expected. And with both orders as well, the product that was shipped turned out better than the images shown on the site! Will definitely be buying from here again!

Since 2008, I have been a loyal shopper at the Indie Merch store and almost all of the clothing in my wardrobe, with the exception of essentials such as underwear, socks, and jeans, come from this establishment. The vast collection of beanies, hats, hoodies, t-shirts, cut offs, sweatpants, long sleeves, stickers, and more never fails to impress me. The fact that I have never encountered any problems or disappointments with this business is remarkable and exceedingly rare. In fact, I have never had any reason to rate or assess the customer service, since I have never had to call or deal with them personally.
The top-notch quality of their products consistently impresses me, and the fact that this high standard has been upheld, despite the increasing prices in the merchandise market, further demonstrates their dedication to providing excellent merchandise to their customers. I appreciate that this company values the quality of their products, rather than solely prioritizing their profits. Additionally, with each order, I receive a cool IndieMerch store sticker, and occasionally, even free sticker packs - a small but thoughtful touch that delights me.
My love for this incredible company knows no bounds, and I wholeheartedly hope that they continue to thrive. They have been aiding bands, particularly those in the extreme metal scene, for an extended period, and I have not heard a single negative word regarding the business. I have never been deceived by them, either. Lastly, I would like to extend my gratitude to all the individuals involved in the daily operations of the IndieMerch store for their unwavering dedication and hard work, from the online staff to customer service representatives, to those working in the warehouse and production facilities. Got my Danzig Beast shirt today and I can say it’s awesome and the store shipped it really fast. Great customer service as well! I will be a return customer for sure!

I had ordered a package and USPS tracking site advised they delivered on 3/24. After making it home to my secured mail box on 3/27 it was not indeed not delivered as it was not in my mailbox with another package I had ordered from another vendor. I reached out for assistance on this and Rachael advised me to reach out to my local post office regarding this shipment.. She did not offer any other advice or help on this and I’m left trying to locate a package after you guys stole my money. If I wanted to go through the trouble of searching for an item so would have skipped the sites awful service and took my money to hot topic. I’ve followed up the past 3 days via email but no response.. These guys are unwilling to help and are only interested in profit rather than customer satisfaction.
