The customer service is top notch! I had been waiting on a re stock for the album melancholy by shadow of intent, and due to Covid back ups it has been months. But the customer service rep who’s name I will get and edit into this review when I get it, was super helpful and patient with regards to me checking in regularly to see if the stock was in. Thank you again! And promote that customer service rep! He/she dealt with me for months lol. *Edit* - The customer service reps name was Travis!

Horrible costumer service with absolute morons working for them. Don't buy anything from these people ever. I pre ordered some merch back in April for an early September release. Low and behold none of it has even shipped. It was supposed to leave September, 2nd. Well it's September, 12th you lying crooks have some explaining to do. Don't tell me it's coronavirus or the factories being low on workers to make vinyl. Stop those excuses before I ask for my money back. I lack any patience or kindness toward these greedy lying frauds.

Outstanding customer service. I had a question (Facebook messenger) and they replied a lot faster than anticipated and answered my question on particular piece of merch. Super helpful and nice. Can’t say enough good things about indiemerchstore.

Still waiting on my merchandise. Ordered over a month ago and zero communication on where my order is. I've emailed three times and still have yet to get a response. The phone numbers are all disconnected so good luck trying to get a hold of them that way. All I want are my shirts! Not asking a lot

J'ai passé commande le 23 juin et le colis est toujours bloqué aux us depuis le 1er juillet et aucune nouvelles. C'est la première fois que j'ai des problèmes avec eux et je n'ai jamais été déçu jusqu'ici.. J'hésite à annuler ma commande mais j'ai très envie de la recevoir.. Déçu

I used to never have problems with indiemerch, but that was then cause I ordered a shirt from them(was supposed to have print on the back of the shirt) & it didn't. I left a few messages with their customer service department & never got a response back! So needless to say I won't be ordering from them anymore! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have writing to them. I have a answer 2 weeks after saying that I will be refunded. Still waiting for this refund.... I will never more from them...

Honestly haven’t had any problems with ordering merch from them, arrives decently quick and I never get BS “out of stock” emails in which I never get my merch.

Of every store I've ever shopped at this is by far the #1 best place to buy merchandise. All of my favorite bands are so easy to find because they're always in one convenient place.

I'm a big vinyl collector and these guys always provide the coolest and best sounding Vinyl's. The shirt designs are cool as hell and super easy to find, and best of all they're really good with restocks.

I had some items stolen from my doorstep. My local DHL delivery driver isn't the best at hiding things. IndieMerchstore were incredibly helpful and issued me with a seamless refund. I would definitely recommend them. They've been better to deal with than big global companies.
