I'm over the moon with the quality of the tshirt I ordered, there was so much choice it was quite hard to pick one as a gift and I actually can't believe how quickly it arrived I was expecting it to take weeks. Thank you and I'll definitely order again and recommend you to my friends.

Indiemerch SUX!!!! I'VE ORDERED SO MUCH FROM THEM FOR MY HUSBAND WHO LOVES CLUTCH! ITS THE WORST! THEY OVER CHARGE, TAKE FOREVER TO SHIP AND YOU CAN NEVER GET THROUGH TO ANYONE! Completely incompetent! I have spent SOOOOOO MUCH MONEY over the years & honestly, they seem to screw something up 80% of the time. They let you order and PAY for items and then WEEKS later they say its not in stock.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE to boot! *BANDS* Quit going through this company If you care about your fans! YOUR FANS ALWAYS GET SCREWED.

I am honestly disappointed with the cloth quality, I was expecting something reasonable but unfortunately I don't know many sites of merch I can purchase from, the arts are great but the fabrics are garbage, feels like you're wearing paper

The best merch store for metal lovers 100%, easy to navigate website, ordering is super easy. Living in Canada I understood my order would take a bit longer but honestly wasn't long at all, just a bit over a week. Will be ordering from here again.

So ngl I was a bit hesitant to buy from here because I heard some questionable reviews from one year ago about some shipping issues during quarentine. But now in 2021, I bought 6 shirts, and it went really well. It took about 2-3 weeks to arrive. They are very professional (gave me a confirmation email, tracking number & everything). My shirts are all correct, the right size, and beautiful print. 100% satisfied.

Ordered a hat months email them loads of times.+ they not even got back to me.i am now £33.50p + i am a 1 parent family.

got charged for item i didnt order, notified company, issue was corrected within couple hours, money back on credit card in about a day. recieved product i did order a few days later. excellent service. happy with everything.

They take at minimum 10 days to ship your item in my experience. Then, once it’s shipped it’s another 7-10 days. You’re looking at a total turnaround time of 20-25 days. Ridiculous

I am really happy with Indiemerchstore from both a merchandise and customer service perspective.

I tend to buy multiple items to offset the shipping cost (to Australia) and, without fail, receive great quality items in a reasonably short timeframe.

Best of all, the one time I did have a significant issue, namely buying a handful of Medium hoodies that did not fit (incorrect sizing chart that didn't align with the physical items), Indiemerchstore sent me replacement items and provided store credit to reimburse my return shipping. Considering many other businesses would have told me 'bad luck', this was excellent customer service and genuinely appreciated. I've since made several further purchases without issue.

I agree with other reviewers that their customer service is terrible.
I ordered three items from IndieMerch. One was a preorder (date had a typo, so it was actually a month later than I expected). Because of this, they didn't ship the other pieces of my order. That's frustrating but understandable, so no issues there.
However, while my order sat there and they had my money in their pockets, they let a different item in my order sell out. It was a limited release that I cannot order again. While they did refund the cost of that item, they did not offer free shipping or any other small accommodation for selling out of the item I had paid for.
Note that they didn't realize this on their own, I waited 3 weeks with no contact or shipping notice before I reached out to customer service. When I did, I felt that the representatives were annoyed at my frustration, and they did not care that they weren't keeping track of their stock accurately. I will absolutely avoid buying from here again.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Extremely unprofessional. They are unwilling to work with the customer in the event of an issue. Use another merchant that has more customer friendly policies.

Excellent customer support. Any questions I have ever asked (via Instagram Direct-Message) have been answered within hours and clarified all and any queries. Delivery is prompt and reliable. Large range of goods. Not excessively expensive. I have 0 complaints.

This company goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service. I've bought so much from them this year and the one time I had a minor problem,they fixed it immediately. Fast shipping and excellent quality every time as well. I'll continue to do business with them so long as they're open🤘🏻🖤

I love INDIEMERCH! They got the best and most brutal band merch ever to come across! Amazing bundles you can’t find anywhere else, pretty reasonable prices. Once items are available to ship, takes no time for my items to be delivered (approximately 2days. In the states)
I get satisfying customer service, great contact with the store. They are very well determined to make sure the customer is happy with their order!

One feature I’m not too crazy for is the shipping fee (varies on size of order) but at the end of the day when you get your items, they’re so great that it makes up for the fee! Totally worth it!

My order arrived in about a month all the way from US to Greece. It was first sent to Germany so as to avoid any extra customs fees. Overall the shirt is the same as the one in the picture.

I just received my clothes, after a longer time than I expected, however this was more due to customs issues with Australia and my Australian tracking not working correctly. indiemerchstore responded to my concerns with the delay quickly and made me feel like a valued customer, and also promptly fixed an issue with my order where a shirt was doubled on my order and quickly refunded me. The quality of the clothes I received are great, It seems a bit pricey but the quality justifies this and more. Recommend to all after their customer service was so above par. Thanks guys

Ordered one hat, but was sent and charged for three. I emailed the company after a second hat arrived and never heard back from them. I waited a few weeks, then discovered I had been charged three times and three different days. I called and left message. Nobody returned the call. Only after I filed charge disputes with my credit card, did I hear back from someone. They claimed I ordered three hats on three different dates and even provided three order numbers. I only received one shipment notification, and that they were unable to fulfill the order. I have email proving this. Not sure what happened, but it is definitely on their end. They also refuse to pay for return shipping charges, so I guess I'll be keeping that extra hats.

In short, I ordered one item, but was sent and charged for three. Very shady! Terrible customer service! I'm letting my credit card company handle this one.
