It is hard to believe that Kemper would associate with this insurance company. The fact that it is still in business at all after reading all these reviews is mindblowing. Infinity is a scam; they insure people, take their money, do everything in their power not to pay claims then drop them like a hot potato. I was hit by one of their insured, police report and citation clearly established fault and after 7 weeks they sent a denial that they were not covering the claim due to a misrepresentation of information given by their insured. Dealing with this company was complete waste of time. They take no responsibility for the out of pocket expenses that were incurred due to their 'loopholes' of coverage.

Terrible company! I finally dropped them and went with State Farm! I hated paying for shitty service,& shitty insurance! They purposely drag their feet with claims so everything is at the customer’s expense. I canceled my policy & they still took $$$ out of my account and now my bank is involved since this payment was UNAUTHORIZED. I hope they eventually go bankrupt and out of business..

The absolute worst thieves I’ve ever dealt with, with the most incompetent losers working there such as Melody Ingram! This loser didn’t even bother to tell me my insurance was cancelled for god knows what and NO not because of missed payments! Once they found out they were going under they cancelled a whole bunch of polices including mine and got taken over by Navacord! And good luck figuring out what happened to your file! These crooks and thieves will rot in Hell one day!

Bought Kemper insurance for car. All was fine, then I check online and my $70 policy was raised to $91. Called for 2 hours, spoke to 4 csr's. Kemper says they have no proof I own my home so 25% increase... WTF? Sent the paperwork/taxbill/proof of homestead. Kemper can't find it. Requested they send an email request for docs and I'd provide. Kemper doesn't do it like that. So I bought Progressive Insurance $4 more/annum. Call Kemper to casncel, Kemper refuses unless I upload my new policy. So I ask, "If I sold the car would you need a video of the sale and a notorized sig that I sold?" "Yes," said Kemper. Then because Kemper wants to increaee my rates offer D- service in CSR I'm penalized $20 for cancelling their unprofession WTF business ethics- DO NOT USE KEMPETR

Si pudiera darle cero estrellas a esta aseguradora lo haría..estimadas personas no agarren esta aseguranza es mala..muy mala en mi caso tenia fullcovers para mi vehículo y al retirarlo del taller no quisieron terminar de pagar el total de los gastos.tuve q pagar como si yo no hubiese tenido nada..mucho cuidado.por el momento iniciare un proceso de demanda..

Me and my wife have full coverage she was in an accident over a month ago where she hit someone she called and called for weeks it took almost a month just to get an appointment for an estimate now its almost 2 months and nobody will return our phone calls text messages or emails they act like u don't exist I had to talk to an attorney today and idk how this will end but this is the worst experience I have had with an insurance company in my life if I could give negative stars I would this is a shady insurance company and while we wait they are still collecting from us every month but refuse to return our calls

Ernie, my customer service representative was very rude.

Absolutely horrible. They told us they were renewing our policy. The day before it was set to renew they send us an email telling us they decided not to renew and now we are scrambling last minute. Do not trust these people!

Avoid Infinity Insurance – Extremely Poor Service

I’ve had a very disappointing experience with Infinity Insurance. After filing a claim, there was no proper follow-up or support. The adjuster assigned to my case was unreachable, with the contact number always unavailable. I also spoke with several body shops, and they all shared similar frustrations—many had dealt with delays and uncooperative behavior from this company. It's clear that even their own policyholders face a great deal of difficulty during the claims process.

I strongly advise against purchasing a policy from Infinity Insurance.

Francamente, no creo que hagan, ni han hecho, nada para mejorar, mi experiencia en 4 años con esa compañía es negativa, tan pronto termine este ciclo me largo.

The worst company to pay you back if one of his clients hit you in the back of your car. One of his clients hit me and they only wanted to paid me 19.50 dollars, amazing, what part of a car cost that????
His personal was rude, Alfredo who saw my car horrible person without manners and Elizabeth called me and I ask her,if with 19.50 dollars you can paid something.

Lo peor de lo peor está Aseguranza son unos rateros pagando una Full cover en una pérdida total donde no tuve yo la culpa alegándoles un mes y medio para q me dieran lo justo por el valor de mi troca no me lo dieron! Me pagaron una miseria de eso mismo me descontaron lo del ajustador cuando uno no tiene que pagar eso! Ensima me quitaron también $1,000 dls de deductible en un accidente q no tuve la culpa al último me dieron una miseria ! Me habían dicho q me cubría un carro rentado cuando yo tuve q pagar la Aseguranza de ese carro rentado cuando tienen ellos q dar la cara por uno son tan caras las aseguranzas que lo único q se pide es q se pueda hacer uso de los beneficios de pagar una Aseguranza perdí dinero ahí también rentando un carro q al último no quisieron pagar mas que 30dls por día cuando lo más barato ahorita es como 55dls por un carro pequeño mas Aseguranza entonces la pregunta es dónde está el dinero q cada mes paga uno ?! En especial cuando en un accidente uno no tiene la culpa debería uno de tener respaldo y ayuda de la Aseguranza que uno paga y es todo lo contrario ! La verdad es q no usen esta aseguradora son unos 🐀 🐀 🐀 son lo peor espero pronto se termine mi contrato q pague por una año para poder buscar una mejor opción

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! absolute worse company to get insurance from. Don’t do it get any other company . Yolanda Rodriguez is a very unprofessional pig in claims and after I paid $280 a month for 3 years for fully comp insurance they make my shop put used parts on my 3 year old car and reduce the cost from 1600 to $1000 only to give me $128 for my claim after I rented cars for over $1000 as this claim took 8 weeks. Complete waste of time energy and mental stress. From the beginning Yolanda was very unprofessional and unhelpful not to mention super rude. Take my advise don’t waste your time and money.

Involved in an automobile accident the other person received the ticket for sideswiped me. Now Infinity claims I’m 10% liable. Asked why, no direct answer. The repair shop received payment 2 months afterwards and I had to pay a separate repair that wasn’t covered which should have called me before fixing it.It’s all a big scam. I’m reporting it to the Insurance Commision. Oh, Infinity still owes me reimbursement for my rental.

This a garbage company.. The person hit my car got this garbage company insurance. I filed a claim with this company to repair my car. The adjuster is unreachable, the customer service is stink. It’s been days. Wish I could give this half of star

Please do yourself a favor don't buy infinity insurance at all. I have insurance I pay month to month and now they want me to pay the damages of an accident out of my pocket, not talking about my damages but from the other car so this is unbelievable . They said they can not pay and will not listen to reasons and I also ask I need to talk to another person and not jasmine bailey that will understand me better since English is not my firts language but neither do anything.
I can assure this company is good as long as there is no problems but when the time to help the insurer comes they like to wash their hands. So we need to say a word so others will not suffer the same. I don't look this is fair so be aware.

This is a scamming garbage company, they raised my insurance 6 times to begin with, I didn't have any, they bought my policy from Alliance, I'm super unhappy, they are total garbage, I do not recommend this garbage company called Kemper Infinity, I have always hated this garbage company. by fraudulent thieves, scammers, they are total rubbish rubbish I will look for them by all means and I leave you the worst review in the world rubbish

No sirve . No son diligentes , me siento estafada , te venden una poliza falza y cuando la vas a necesitar te dicen que no te cubre una cosa o la otra. Son unos estafadores. No la recomiendo.
