I support Ingersoll, this is the brand I trust because it comes with lifetime warranty and the build quality is always exceptional. We should all support this great brand so we can have quality watches at affordable price. I have 5 watches I love them all great job Ingersoll .

Ordered 2 watches and paid. Yet didn't receive the products. Was supposed to be delivered today.

They've been producing watches since 1892, but they only support their products from 2016 onwards! It's ridiculous.

I own an "Ingersoll I00301 Regnet", produced in 2013, which means they don't cover any problems with my watch. Currently, it's not working properly, losing about 5 minutes per day, the pushers on the right aren't functioning, the date feature is faulty, and one strap loop tore apart for no reason.

It's clear they know not to guarantee products made before 2016 :D

This isn't my only watch—I have 15 watches from different brands that work perfectly and are supported for any issues, like my Seiko 5 from 1980 and Rolex Datejust from 1990. It's disappointing that Ingersoll doesn't offer similar support for their older products or at least increase the quality.

Been after an Ingersoll watch for years, ordered 1 from very, small discount. When it arrived, it was beautiful, but, I prefer a smaller face. I'd looked at what I thought was the same as the one I have purchased, but had a a 45cm face, the one I went for has a 38cm face, perfect.
Also, bracelet needed no alteration, so overall we'll happy, and with 50% off, cannot complain at all.

Their customer service was excelent. One of them had a malfunctioning and it was solved right away.

I recently had a problem with a watch I bought a few months ago, the problem related to the fixture of the watch case to the strap.
I exchanged a few emails and I have just received the answer to the problem, replacement screws.
