Jude consistently provides exceptional service. She is friendly, approachable and willing to help, always with a positive attitude. No matter how busy she is she always makes sure we feel valued and supported and will do whatever she can if we ask for anything.

It is always lovely to see Richard on a Friday morning. He is consistently punctual, friendly, and always greets us with a smile. He is understanding of the busy nature of mornings and is always professional and approachable.

Our bins are always emptied efficiently and left clean and tidy afterwards. Richard takes pride in his work and is an excellent representative of the organisation. His positive attitude and reliability do not go unnoticed, and we really appreciate the excellent service he provides every week.

Peter the collection driver was great, communication from both the office &
Peter, who contacted me 24 hrs prior to my collection to confirm the best time for me, which is very much appreciated & just elevates the service to excellent.

Jude is our initial person, she’s such a happy person always has a smile on her face and goes above and beyond she’s an asset to your company !

The driver is very friendly and approachable, remembering our names. He comes at the same time each week and always let us know if there will be a change the following week. I.e if it’s a bank holiday or if he will be on holiday. We are always asked if we need any more bags.

Collections always happen on time and in full. Communication is excellent, especially from David Steinson who goes above and beyond to ensure the service we receive is excellent. Highly recommend.
