I used Inkifi to create a memorial photo albuym for my wife on the anniversary of her dad's passing. A different company had let me down at the last minute and Inkifi delivered! Ordered Friday night at 10pm and delivered 10am on the Tuesday. Phenomenal service and great quality. Only slight niggle is that the communication could be a touch better but that's from me having been paranoid about being let down again. Worth the premium price for the efficiency.

I am absolutely delighted with the service I have received from Inkifi.

The website was incredibly user-friendly and made the whole process simple and enjoyable. I created an A4 photo book for my dad’s 80th birthday and chose the next-day option, submitting my finished design before 12pm and selecting DPD delivery. True to their promise, the photo book arrived just 24 hours later.

The product itself is fantastic. The print quality is excellent, the finish is premium, and it arrived exactly as I had designed it. The pages feel high quality, and the overall result exceeded my expectations.

I was initially a little concerned about whether such a fast turnaround could still deliver a high-quality product, but Inkifi absolutely delivered on both speed and quality. It was worth every penny.

Thanks to Inkifi, I’ve been able to create something really special that I know my dad will cherish for the rest of his life. It’s brilliant to have a service that can produce such a high-quality item so quickly.

Absolutely unacceptable.

I ordered a personalised photo album for my wife’s first Mother’s Day. This is a one-off, irreplaceable occasion. I ordered a week before, based on clear promises from Inkifi that it would arrive in time, as stated on their website explicitly. I also paid for Royal Mail 24 delivery, and it was confirmed in writing by their team at it would arrive by mother's day.

Despite all of that, it arrived several days late.

This wasn’t just “a delay”, it completely ruined the purpose of the gift. There is no second chance at a first Mother’s Day. I was left with nothing to give on the day and had to scramble for a last-minute replacement, which entirely defeated the point of ordering something thoughtful and personalised in the first place.

What is most frustrating is that I went to the effort of emailing to confirm that it would definitely arrive in time, and I was told it would. I then had no updated, no further communication, and was completely ignored. If you cannot meet a deadline, do not advertise it and do not confirm it. It is that simple.

The company is unprofessional, dishonest and unreliable. I would strongly advise anyone considering using Inkifi not to. And proof that this is a real review, my order number was: 000168607

If you’re looking for fantastic clarity of print, top quality paper and an amazingly quick delivery, then look no further! My first purchase was a grid poster, which was so user friendly to put together, plus I was so impressed with the colours and clarity of print. I have since ordered large poster prints from phone pics and again have fantastic results. I’ve now got itchy fingers to make my next grid poster to update all our happy family moments!

We used Inkifi to print and frame a montage of our wedding photos. Really pleased with the quality and the website made it easy to arrange the photos just as we wanted.

Unique to offer the very small square photos for a display frame. Excellent service, turned around back to me within 49 hours(!!), good quality prints at a very reasonable price. Will certainly use again.

i have used Inkifi several times both for myself and for gifts. The first frames we had printed were slightly dark but the recent ones have been fantastic and even reproduced old photos that had been scanned with surprising clarity!
They always come on time and the software is esy to use.

Appalling experience. Order placed in November 2025 & we spent >£120 on two wedding photo albums. Order still not fulfilled (in mid March 2026) despite assurances that we’d have these gifts in time for Christmas. Initially customer service was responsive but now we’ve had many emails sent to them without reply. I’ve called half a dozen times in the last month and each time I’m told that Paul (CEO) or Tom (head of customer service) will call me back on the same day - still yet to receive a call back. We’ve had to refer this to trading standards as at this point it feels like a scam

High quality print with precisely cut bevelled-edge mount. Delighted with the finished framed product. Delivery extremely quick too. Would definitely buy here again.

I've now used this company twice to make up a photo book for my Mum and a friend for special events. The website was easy to navigate and uploading photo's was a breeze (especially for someone that's not tech savvy!).
Upon my first time using the site, I was unsure of what to expect but the quality of the book and images were amazing! There are different types of gifts (prints, frames, photo books etc) to choose from, plus there are so many options to choose from to personalise whatever you decide to order. You wont be disappointed and I will defo use this company again.
The only issue I had, was my first order took a while to be delivered but my second order was delivered within a week!
