Very smooth with my no fault insurance claim

Amy was brilliant to deal with from start to finish everything went smoothly and was always kept updated with everything throughout.

Cathy made the whole process easy and stress free

A really good company who did everything for me, Bex who handled my claim was super nice and helpful and kept me informed over the whole process

Innocent have been an absolute please to deal with, more specifically Cathy as that is who I have dealt with most and she has been superb

From listening to my situation regarding my crash and offering advice in that aspect, to then once moving forward with them constant updates on the whole process to keep me in the loop and my mind at ease

From first contact to me receiving my payout from the other parties insurance and the whole claim being done and dusted it took less then 4 weeks considering the many months insurance companies usually take

I was recommended innocent by a garage who swore by them and now I shall do the same myself

Thank you so much to Bex! Honestly, the hard work she has put in to my case to ensure my car was sorted after it had been hit and the driver tried to put some of the blame on me when it really wasn't any fault of mine. Bex went above and beyond and really took a lot of the stress away, chasing/dealing with insurance companies, organising with the repairs garage and sorting out a hire vehicle so that it didn't affect too much of my week whilst it was being fixed. Very fast at responding to any queries or worries I had. It is such a relief to have my car back fixed. The communication from Bex has been outstanding, and I would definitely recommend Bex and Innocent Driver to anybody else that has been unfortunate enough to be in the same position as me.
