I was very pleased with the service from Innocent Driver. They were proactive from the start and coordinated everything, from getting the other party to confirm liability to arranging car repair and hiring a replacement vehicle. The only issue I had during the process was getting the other party to verify their responsibility in writing, which they eventually did. The whole process was pretty painless. The only real admin I was required to do was provide details of the incident and ID for the car hire.

Couldn’t thank Amy enough for all the help she has giving me in sorting my claim out I was in a hire car a few days after my bump and now been giving the all go on my car been repaired very efficient giving it’s been the Christmas and new year holiday period

Excellent customer service from bex and the team always on hand to answer any queries and questions. As someone who knows nothing about cars or claims they made the process easy and stress free from start to finish.

I don’t know what I would have done without Innocent Driver! My accident was made particularly more complicated having been hit by a commercial fleet vehicle - but it was handled for me almost entirely out of my hands, and I had a replacement van for work the next working day.

I had a non fault claim in the middle of November and the case was dealt with within the month!!! They were absolutely brilliant with keeping on top of communication with the other party and Cathy kept me updated every step of the way! I would 100% recommend to anyone needing help with an accident
