Bex made the process very easy

Used Innocent Driver for a non fault claim. Helped me through the complete process step by step. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the same situation.

My experience was incredible with Innocent Driver and my case handler Amy was brilliant!
In all my years driving and having never claimed before I was a little anxious about the process but Amy took all the worry away. She managed everything professionally and had that little personal touch too which really helped.
Everything went smoothly and even when the hire company messed up Amy immediately took ownership and sorted everything out.

Helpful staff, did everything for me

Easy to deal with, very efficient. The garage I wanted to do my repairs refused to deal with enterprise (who my insurance put me with) for a number of reasons in the end. My garage put me in touch with innocent driver and they are now handling my claim and repairs will be carried out at the garage of my choice. People don’t realise they can choose, don’t let insurance push you in the direction they want you to go
