Ordered some jeans to try, took 4wks to arrive. Was kept up to date though on the tracking of my parcel.
Unfortunately they didn't fit, theres a note to contact them via an email address to let them know of any issues.
Over the past few days I've been emailing back and forth because they are refusing to let me return for a refund of £35. They've offered me £2 compensation and told me to pass them on to a friend!!
There's nothing on their website when it comes to ordering that you CANNOT RETURN.
Terrible company, terrible communication.

Ordered jeans in beginning September, no arrival of order by November, continuously being told to 'please wait on delivery we are expediting your order with the courier'....total scam of a company, no order is ever going to arrive...AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! Would give -10 stars if possible.

What they don’t tell you is prices do not include VAT! Initial price £12 final invoice £20

If I could give this company no stars I would! I ordered 3 friendship hearts and they arrived damaged 4 weeks later. I immediately complained, sent photos and asked for a full refund. They offered me a measly £2 when they had cost over £20. When I said that was not acceptable they upped it to £6. I again said it was not acceptable and basically they tried to blackmail me by saying that it would cost more than that in return postage and my time. I begrudgingly accepted but be warned. Do not deal with this company!

Delivery time of 7 weeks which I wasn't made aware of. When item finally turned up it was of shoddy quality and the writing on it was ineligible. Requested a full refund of £12-99 but they offered £2!! Absolutely appalling service.

Took over three weeks to 'deliver' cat-themed origami (probably the size of an envelope) to my address in the UK. They sent an email claiming it had been delivered 'to a neighbour' but two weeks after that email I still have no idea where it is or who has it, if anyone. They refused to refund or replace and said it was now between me and the carrier (who they did not name)

Very misleading Facebook advert for the chicken mug.
I guess trading standards and good business ethics mean nothing to this company.
Certainly won't recommend or use them again.

Being honest works both ways …. They are not honest on the garments they are selling .
Tried to return , cost a fortune with no help whatsoever …. Very disappointing, do not trust them …

Do not order from this company, ordered some jeans that took ages to supposedly arrive, then I got a notification they had been delivered but were nowhere to be found. Customer service just fob you off telling you to check with post office even though they were not supposedly delivered by Royal Mail. Now they are ignoring my emails. Oh and to start with, they charged me £6 more than what the price was on the website. Awful scamming ignorant company

Placed order in early July, never received it, contacted company who said they have sent replacement still waiting on that. I have asked for full refund only to be met with that they have asked there logistics to expedite delivery. Biggest con out there DO NOT SHOP with this company

TERRIBLE COMPANY!! AVOID!!!
Jeans were completely misdescribed and the wrong size but the company will not accept returns or issue refunds. They try to put you off by mentioning high return postage costs to China and offered me £4 compensation refund!!

My order came 3 months later and the product was nothing like it said
I had been messaging them before product arrived they just kept fobbing me off with excuses don't use them

Ordered an item three months ago which never arrived and have been requesting a refund ever since but absolutely nothing other than replies of "don't worry" "be patient" and "your order is in transit, keep waiting". Appalling customer service. Do not buy from this "supplier". Wish I had read reviews before ordering.

SCAMMERS!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. First they will take more money from your account than on your purchase receipt. Then your item will not arrive. When you contact them they tell you the item is a best seller and so you should wait for the order. No shippers details are given or estimated delivery date. They refuse to refund your money. I am still waiting for item 4 weeks now. Communication grammar with them is unprofessional and badly worded. I which I had read the reviews first.

Another scam , I ordered halara jeans got nothing like what was advertised I wish I read this company’s reviews before ordering , discusting

wish i had checked reviews before ordering, which i usually do but didn't on this occasion.
ordered 4 weeks ago, fake tracking even the tracking site has bad reviews!
even the payment that came off my car was for more than the stated amount on website.
have done chargeback with bank but also still waiting on getting money back

This is 100% a scam company.
Paid for a product one month ago, had two sets of tracking info and poorly worded emails from the support team.

Nothing makes sense and all very contradictory! Do not buy from here, they need to be closed down immediately.

I am annoyed at myself for not checking them out before buying.

Awful and suspect a scam. I still not received item. The date/time they claim the delivery was made I was at home. I have repeatedly request proof of delivery and been given different tracking links that proved nothing and repeatedthe same misinformation about the delivery. Warning to others, I would stay well away. I blame myself for not checking out this company in more detail and the social media platform that keeps promoting them. Do your research. Zero stars ⭐
