I wouldn't even score them. Package arrived after a lengthy wait . One pair of jeans with the inside seam frayed and the material was poor quality ! Asked for a refund for the faulty item and was given the option of an exchange (absolutely not) or £3 refund on a £20 plus item !! Just not good enough 😡

Stay well away from this company ordered jeans a size up, took ages to arrive and were at least 3 sizes smaller than ordered. Requested return & refund they said would cost more than item worth to return, after many emails back and forth offering small amount in compensation I got fed up after £7 refund. Wish I had read reviews before ordering total scammers. Will be ordering from SHEIN in future. 😡🤬

I purchase a pair of jeans on the internet from this company. They didn’t fit and I asked to return them. They said they had to be returned to their factory in China. The cost of returning was more than the jeans. After some back and forth they offered me £6 refund and to keep the jean. They didn’t understand they were unwearable.

Haven't received my purchase, it's been sitting in Edinburgh for 2 weeks with no movement. Customer service replied saying they would speed up notification, that was a week ago and nothing. Absolute scammers
Update - 20th Sept 2025, still nothing, still in Edinburgh (so the tracking link says) and still no response from InPoetryMe. Just had the company pop up on an Instagram feed, clicked on it and tried leaving a 1 star review, surprise, it disappeared the next time I went in. Absolute joke.

Unfortunately I didn't read reviews before purchasing as I thought they were Halara jeans. They were shockingly shite. I could have made better myself. Stay away from this company!

Scam .. too good to be true . Took months to arrive, item arrived, dreadful quality and could fit me and my daughter in them .. do not buy, and trying to get a refund is a joke... I'd have given 0 stats but no option

Refused to let me return goods that were the wrong size and would only offer less than a third of the price paid in compensation. Definitely never use them again.

Order took weeks and weeks to arrive. Had lots of tracking emails. They were not anything like the Halara jeans and looked nothing like the pictures. Had no stretchy waist band, had an expected side zip but looked fake. Didn’t fit well at all. Not wide leg and the cut was awful. Bad stitching. Would not refund or let me return. Got me to send loads of email confirmation of purchase which was pointless as sent them copy of order and everything they needed. I intend to make sure that these people are known as scammers and for other potential customers to not order.

Order took ages to arrive. They were supposed to be halara jeans but looked fake. Didn’t fit well at all. Very odd cut. Would not refund a return. Made me send endless email confirmation of purchase. Very frustrating. Plan to go online and share my dissatisfaction far and wide.

I ordered mantle piece brackets for a Christmas garland to hang on the fireplace. My warning to anybody thinking of ordering these DONT. The items on the advert are nothing like the rubbish that gets sent out to you. False advertising and items do not even resemble the item I received. I was offered. £5 refund that doesn’t even cover the postage. STAY WELL AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Followed the link to buy halara jeans, Took weeks to arrive, when they arrived they were not halara jeans. I believe this company us using jalara advert to their crap jeans. Awaiting to hear what they have to say for themselvea..

Diabolical service, waited over 4 weeks for item to arrive, despite numerous attempts to return item maximum of £9 compensation offered. No option to return parcel without extortionate postage fees AVOID this scam of a company

Awful company. Ordered a pair of jeans which took weeks to arrive. Jean’s received were completely different to what I ordered. Contacted company who told me the item received was correct but they offered me £2 compensation. I refused and asked for return address. They then offered me £3 compensation but told me it would cost me more than the item value to return them. Absolute scam!!! AVOID

Absolutely scammers two pairs of Jeans ordered the sizing is way off, took forever to arrive then realised they were coming from the USA, no point returning and a stupid refund offered

Contacted company, took a day to reply and offered me a £2 refund after 5emails on a £30 item.

Refunded to allow me to ship back and still no refund.

Ordered some jeans over a month ago after seeing them on instagram being advertised by a British girl.
Have received a tracking advice everyday since but still no sign of the jeans and as a previous reviewer said they have been around the world 3 times but never made it to my address. My paypal receipt says the company is Larryhot trading which also has terrible reviews so no more random purchases for me, I will check EVERY company out now, no matter how small the purchase. I will try and obtain a refund via PayPal but they are not normally helpful in scam cases. Lesson learnt.

I ordered jeans on a discount code ( they charged me full price) this is week 5 and still haven't received them, when I say they have went round the world im not lying the travelled through USA, came to the UK, thought right few more days surely??....nope they have now been sent to BELFAST???? ....cant get reply from customer service....AVOID AT ALL COST!!

I would not rate this company.
Poor quality, nothing like the crotchet off shoulder top I ordered.
Would not even fit my 12 year old granddaughter.
Told it would cost 25/35 pounds to return so would I like 2 pound sent & keep the product.
Absolute joke.
I would never buy anything again from them.
