This company is a racket. I ordered items almost a month ago. They charged me too much at the time and promised a refund. It never came, the items are apparently on their way and I got updates every few days to say they were leaving US, they were at UK customs. That’s where they stopped. I contacted the company to chase the original refund and all they have done is now say they cannot get the order to me and will refund all the money. They have not refunded me. THIS IS FRAUDULENT and I will be contacting my bank.

The jeans were poorly finished. Not flared as described and pockets were bulging. I requested a return and was told that it would cost $40 -$50 to ship back to China. The company then offered me a paltry refund of £3.

Absolutely awful. I ordered trousers which took over 4 weeks to arrive. They are a dreadful fit and now they have offered me £2 not to send them back! They say it will be too expensive and lengthy to return them! I’m fuming.

This company sold me a so-called “indestructible” dog toy. In reality, it was reduced to shreds in less than sixty minutes. This is not a matter of opinion – it is outright misrepresentation of the product.

I sent multiple emails, provided photos, and gave them the opportunity to resolve the matter. They refused a refund, offered no meaningful solution, and clearly have no interest in customer satisfaction.

A business that makes bold claims, delivers substandard goods, and then ignores legitimate complaints is not one I can recommend. Spend your money elsewhere – you will get better products and far better service from companies that actually value their customers.

I ordered 2 pair of jeans in UK size 20, there is no way they are a 20, more like a size 16 and the quality is very poor
I have tried emailing them but my emails are not going through, I have no way to contact them to ask for a refund

Ordered a top that was advertised on Facebook. I became very sceptical when they charged £6 more at checkout than what was advertised. Unfortunately when I received it, it looks nothing like their advert!! Very poor quality and the sizing is so wrong. Bought a size 2x and it couldn’t even fit my 10 year old daughter. Contacted them and they offered to refund £3..unbelievable!!Straight to the bin..😡😡😡😡

Ordered something and changed mind within one minute cancelled it and despite sending couple of emails about cancelling it they still sent it . Asked to take it back and they said it will cost me 20-30 dollars to send it back and product was £14 . I said I cancelled it immediately and didnt want it. They couldn’t gave posted it within one minute of ordering and deliberately sent it to force it on me . The product quality id do poor u can make it fly with one blow. They offered £1 to keep the product which is unacceptable . Now they offered £4 but why should I pay for something which k will not wear and basically bin.
Customer service and return policy sucks . Order from sheen . One of the best company and their customer service is beyond anything . No questions asked and quick return .

BTW if there was something below one star I would give that

Waited forever for two of the shoulder crochet style tops...eventually arrived and OMG!!!!the state of them...nothing like i ordered...complained and sent pics of my tops verses what I ordered and there reply was that they are the same and offered me£2 refund and to keep the tops...still ongoing and not giving up....totally disgusting

Avoid avoid avoid , bought something from them which I decided within a few hours that I no longer wanted policy stated as ling as it had not been dispatched could cancel order and receive full refund . Customer service answered saying within the hour it had been dispatched. Received item was smaller than advertised requested to return with 14 days as per policy and they refused to give me address or refund

Bought a dress that was supposed to be supportive with shorts underneath, stretchy enough to use the toilet without undressing. Absolutely awful fit, cheap product. When I asked for a refund they said it would cost too much and I struggled over about 10 messages to get a part refund of £7. Avoid.

bought this item on the special offer amd charged me double of what item said it was and messaged them and got a ⅓ of my money back and when I said I wanted to cancel item they said item had already been dispatched (which it had not till a week later) and said that when I receive item message them to send item back for a refund so received item and a dozen emails later without no reply I still have item that I wish to return so would definitely avoid this shambles of a company and bottles I received are 5ml x2 for over £10 what a scam

Ordered something from this company back in November and it didn't arrive.
Although it appears to be a problem with Royal Mail leaving it outside my door, despite me being home, not leaving a missed you card and then the company informing me 4 days later it had been safely delivered???
When I tried to make a claim through RM, it has to come from company as outside of UK and wont entertain a claim otherwise, this company don't care and have said there's nothing they can do.
BAD WAY TO DO BUSINESS

Definitely do not order from these. First, they quote you an amount and then charge more and hope you won’t notice. When you bring it up they blame it on a technical fault. The goods take a month to arrive and are terrible quality. Before they arrived I asked to cancel and requested a refund three times but they refused. I’ll now have to raise this with my bank. Please don’t buy from them.

Absolutely shocking experience! After seeing an advert on Facebook, I decided to buy some stocking fillers for my children-mythical dragons, and a whirling wonder fidget. As soon as pressed pay on PayPal, they charged me an extra £7. I complained, and they refunded me. I then asked for the order to be cancelled, and they ignored me and sent it anyway. The order was initially sent from the US, and after about 5 weeks, it got lost. They then sent me a new order from China. The products arrived after about 7 weeks, and the quality is awful. All products are smaller than expected, the fidgets are unusable as they catch you fingers when moving. The dragons are ok,despite being poor quality, but tiny and don’t fit back in the eggs once you take them out. Within 24 hours, the end of the tail fell off! I am currently in dispute with them about partial refunds. The most they will currently give me is £11, when I spent £37! Their argument is that the warehouse sent me the correct products. This isn’t the issue, the issue is that they are only fit for the bin! Definite scam artists with terrible products. Avoid at all costs!

Absolutely diabolical. Ordered a Christmas present back in October. According to tracking it arrived in the UK end of November and the tracking ends there. Contacted the company and the tracking service and heard nothing back whatsoever. Cannot contact the UK based ‘shipping partner’ as no idea which company it is. Buyer beware.

Ordered in nov - 3 dragons - all they do is tell me to be patient - after giving me a 5 day lead time - they refuse requests for cancellation or refunds
The company site says it’s a family firm in USA but all the coms and the tracking are Chinese based - I’m an idiot for buying before researching - don’t be an idiot like me and steer clear

No stars. SCAM. Still waiting to see if I will receive my items

It's a SCAM don't buy from them constantly apologising for late delivery but goods never arrived.

Poor service. Item ordered but only sent when I started chasing so they could refuse refund for non-receipt. 2 weeks later still not received and has been in same location for 5 days according to their tracking. Fully believe this is now a scam site. Buyer beware!

scam company , waited 4 weeks, they said they are trying to track down the company for an updated.
they sent me a new update told me to login into the tracker , that asked me to sign up for £1 , but the small print also says " you agree to pay £24.90 for tracking information and will be bill each month at £24.90 until cancelled.
