Agree with others should be 0 stars.. ordered last month and nothing has come, I contacted them for updates as this is ridiculous.. it came back in Chinese.. gone from one town to another, absolute joke. I would avoid at all costs.

Actually should be no stars. Ordered products 4 weeks ago and still not arrived! Company is based in the USA but doesn’t say this anywhere - items stick in USA customs ! Site leads you to believe delivery is within 5-7 days. Support does not care and just sends tacking link. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I ordered two mythical dragons on the 13th November 2024, however to date I have not received these items. I ordered because the website details indicated that this was a husband and wife business based in the USA, nothing indicating any Chinese involvement! Once the order was placed, I received tracking in English, showing goods despatched, going through customs in the USA, arriving in the UK customs then moving right up to arriving in Cardiff on the 11th December. Then nothing, expedited delivery with company, received email thanking me for my patience and advising that the goods were in transit, and providing tracking information, which was all in Chinese!! Tried contacting them again then received further message with tracking, again in Chinese. I contacted via email, the above company and the payee company, Funny Trade Co. I then contacted PayPal who contacted the payee company, as I had paid via them, they raised the issue, received a reply, again thanking me for my patience and tracking data in Chinese!!! Replied to there message again, received reply advising that the goods had been out of stock so they had arranged for a delivery to come from China, again providing tracking, you guessed it, in Chinese!! I have sent another response to that message advising I am confused, how could the product be out of stock when I had tracking history saying goods in transit right up to arriving in Cardiff??? At no point did I hear from them advising that the goods were out of stock, offering a refund or advising it was coming from China!!! How can they provide tracking of a parcel from USA to Cardiff then say it was out of stock!!! Something amiss here, saga ongoing!!!! If I could give no star rating I would.

Update 18th December.

I have managed to change the tracking from Chinese to English but find that the parcel is still in China. I wrote to them to cancel this order but unable to do so because it’s dispatched so I have to wait for delivery, which will probably be mid January 2025!!!

They did not at any time contact me to say there was an issue giving me the option to cancel and have misled in the first instance about this being a USA company, lied about the original tracking, then have caused further delay without any communication to me at all.

I ordered a Christmas garland from this company after seeing a social media advert. I clicked on the buy now link and it took me to the site to purchase. There was nothing on the site to let me know that this company is not based in the UK, even when paying and submitting my delivery details, again there was no mention of it being outside of UK. A few days later I got a confirmation email with tracking information, that's when I realised it was coming from America or some other part of the world. I ordered the item on 17 November and as of today 12 December the item still hasn't been delivered. So disappointing and frustrating as I feel the company has not been upfront or transparent with customers as to its location or the delivery times. Had I known it wasn't UK based i'd never have ordered it. Waiting almost a month for delivery is unacceptable. God only knows what the quality of the item will be when/if it arrives.

Not at all happy. The company overcharged me by around £6, so I made immediate contact to cancel the order, as it felt like a possible scam. They ignored my request and processed a partial refund, but still charged me for shipping insurance that I had unticked the box for. Delivery took around four weeks and the tracking updates kept switching between the product coming from USA and from China, so none of it feels very legitimate. I would avoid.

I bought three items. At the point I pressed pay it quoted me an amount, but when I received the PayPal receipt, they had charged me £4.75 extra in VAT that was NOT quoted in the original price. Actually cannot believe that people can get away with this! Have raised a dispute with PayPal and hopefully I'll get my money back. Why can't companies just be honest about the price - I'd probably have paid it anyway, but now I just think you're a bunch of scammers hoping people won't notice the discrepancy. Wrong.

Absolute scam! Quality is shocking for price, asked for full refund but got offered £3 compensation! Website states if unhappy with product then 100% refund, this is not the case. Products are of pound shop standards

Shocking service and believe it to be a scam company.

Seen an ad on Instagram. Bought the item. Must point out at a higher cost than advertising. Over a week passed and had not heard anything. I contacted them to be told I have to wait

Terrible customer service, and hidden costs to the purchase. They refused to cancel my order, 1 hour after it was placed. I bet I can’t expect any support with the product.

Hugely disappointed, purchased stocking filler (jointed dragon in an egg).
Arrived damaged, one of its legs hanging off. It was £16 plus, it’s obvious it happened when probably being forced into the packing. I don’t want it, I would like a refund. Would never purchase in this way again, arrive for yesterday.

I bought a Gear Ball from this company which fell apart the first time I used it.
I requested a full refund as it could not be used as advertised. They denied that they were at fault even after I sent a photo. All they offered me was £2.00.
I believe I was scammed and do not want anybody else to go through this.

This is the worst company I have ever delt with as far as I am concerned they have stolen
e £16.06 from me they sent the complete opposite to what I ordered I have photographic evidence but they completely ignore my 37 email's and have offered me £4 they said it will cost me to much to return the item and refuse to pay postage avoid them like the plague

Talk about slow boat from china...
Purchased a fidget gadget for my daughter. Advertised at £9.99, apparently half price. By the time you eventually get to finishing the order, it now costs nearer £20 as they add shipping, insurance and VAT. When iten eventually arrived the quality was absolutely awful. Made on a cheap 3D printer by looks of it, and certainly doesn't move as fluidly as the one in their advert video! Can't give a zero so had to settle for a 1 star. Definitely not recommended!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY especially if purchasing strapless bras. The sizing is significantly incorrect and they will refuse to give you a full refund and only offer you a partial refund.

Don’t use this company. Ordered 2 strapless bras that were supposed to be 36 GG cup.
The quality was ok but couldn’t even get it to do up and was probably a CC cup at most. Asked to return them and they offered me £3 compensation and told me to give them to someone else 🙈. Wouldn’t send me return address and they really don’t want to know.
Won’t ever use them again.

Would give zero if I could. Didn’t get what I ordered. Got a broken toy with 2 paintbrushes and a pair of googly eyes. The website is a scam. It’s says it’s a couple running their own business in USA. It’s not.

I received my items after several weeks only to find that the sizing is not consistent with their measurements they give on their site, therefore the items didn’t fit. The only advice they offered, was for me to give them to a friend as a gift.

Their customer service is nonexistent. If something is not right, you are on your own, they make no attempt to resolve the issue.

I would never buy from them again!

I ordered 2 sets of large metallic paints from adverts on FB and other sites from Inpoetryme. What I got was miniscule, 20 paints just 6cm x 9cm!. They weren't even the size of the smaller set. And they were barely filled. I emailed several times with photos, and dimensions of proof to be told I could post back to China ( which is expensive.. their words) and I might get a refund. At no point would they accept that what was sent was not what was depicted in their ads or in their measurements. They would not send out the correct set. I asked for someone higher up to email with, but they stayed anonymous. Website is very misleading and full of inconsistencies. They promise full customer satisfaction, but won't honour it.

Paints took ages to arrive. Not as illustrated on website. I should have read reviews first! Waste of money. Complained several times but no success in getting refund. Do not use this company.

Ordered tan enhancer not received emailed several times said been delivered.I live in a block of flats said royal mail left in porch.I don't have a porch no one has taken the parcel in got in touch with royal mail told me it's upto the seller to put in a claim.I am still emailing them but no joy
