One of a kind health service.

Alot of good information and helpful hints on the app. I like the specific action items to use to change your results for the future.

Results were quicker than anticipated with clear, actionable suggestions. One thing that would be great, would be to suggest a type of physician or local doctor that could also help with findings.

first the blood draw was sooo smooth at my quest location.. maybe because inside tracker had sent them all the blood work info to quest.. and then i just sat back and waited for my results...and inside tracker sends results and gives me all info to improve and reach my goals that i am still striving for....

As a busy professional and athlete, I have been using Inside Tracker for over three years now, and I highly recommend it. InsideTracker has provided me with more insights than I would normally get with my healthcare provider. It has improved my overall relationship with my Doctor because I am more knowledgeable and confident in discussing results or areas that I need to focus on, such as, improving ApoB for example. I will continue to use the service every year in conjunction with other means to monitor my health.

Given the cost, I was expecting an actual human to evaluate my results, not just pre-written descriptions. Really disappointed with that. Also, the iPhone app is not as good as the website.

The information was easy to understand, it was a user friendly experience and I enjoyed the format of how they presented the information. I highly recommend it.

Only slight concerns related to timeliness of blood draw and in return of results-over a month from decision to do to results in hand-Better than other healthcare facilities but would be nice to shorten this time frame

So far, you are efficient and exactly what I wanted. It is all on me now, exactly as I planned it.

Of course, the service is beneficial and informative. However, it takes 7–10 business days to generate the results of the blood test. Currently, they seem to have a software issue because I've received several error codes to try again at another time.
Now it's just attempting to sell additional services.

I'm glad to be able to track "what's going on under the hood" and get feedback from Inside Tracker's AI system.

I took my first test to understand my health better. I take decent care of myself, but I was curious about how my efforts were working.

As I'd hoped, most of my health measures were in acceptable ranges. But I discovered something surprising.

It turns out I have extremely high levels of iron. I'm also extremely high in hemoglobin, hematocrit, and transferrin saturation, which are related. This likely stems from undiagnosed hemochromatosis, which occurs when your body holds too much iron. The condition can slowly damage organs over time.

Many people with hemochromatosis never realize they have it. But now that I know, I can do something about it.

I didn't think I was eating a high-iron diet, but I started looking closer. My multivitamin and protein powder were both heavily fortified. Cheerios have iron, enriched breads have iron, etc etc.

Now I'm careful to check the iron on everything I eat, and I plan to test again soon to see how my dietary changes are working.

My test probably added years to my life. It's amazing that we have the ability to get this kind of insight into our health.

I uploaded my results and got great overall recommendations. I am from Canada, so it was the best and most inexpensive way to do it. Very easy and user-friendly.

Personalized action plan based on the blood work really feels like the team working behind the scenes has my health and best interest at heart. If I do make headway in certain goals then I can edit my action plan to make sure other areas receive attention.

I signed up for the at-home blood draw. They missed the first scheduled appointment and didn't return any of my messages until several hours after the scheduled time. This meant I had to fast twice. When my blood was finally drawn a week later, about a third of the tests came back with no reading. I was offered to have a third blood draw free of charge or a discount for a future package, so I just took a discount for the future. I'm happy with the results in the app, but it was a frustrating process.

I'm from Brazil and I use the "upload results" plan. It's really nice to have a dashboard with lots of feedbacks for each lab results.
