The movers were 3.5 hours late, and had to use my own packing/moving supplies to safely move my furniture.

I recently used Instamove for a house move and the whole experience was fantastic. The online process was super easy, the team followed up quickly, and the crew on the day were on time, well priced, and went above and beyond. They happily helped with disassembling and reassembling furniture, were super careful with my delicate items, and got the job done better than expected. It completely took the pain out of moving — my place was ready to live in straight after the job. I’d happily use them again and highly recommend to anyone wanting an stress-free move. Juan Sebastián and Nicolas were brilliant from start to finish - so easy to deal with and made the move easy and stress-free. They were efficient, hard working, and even managed to perform some magic in making a couple of items fit through a narrow door. I cannot recommend these two gentlemen enough - they are a credit to the company!

EXCELLENT and we’re very happy! Thiago and Jefferson moved us today. They were on time, professional and more importantly, gentle and careful with our things. They took care in lifting and moving everything. They had a great and positive attitude when our new neighbours needed them to move the truck.

I also dealt with their operations manager Frank the day before to discuss logistics and a narrow driveway, he was more than happy to assist and assure that it’ll all be ok.

Calling Instamove is also a breeze. Their customer service is responsive and reliable.

Our entire move took 3 hours and we helped out a lot with the move too. The total cost was very reasonable. Everything went efficiently and smoothly.

Christian and Eduardo did a fabulous job moving our stuff including thirty or more plants in pots. I was really impressed with Instamove.s flexibility. After I made the initial booking I phoned them several times to add and delete items to be moved. This was no problem to them. I highly recommend Instamove and would use them again without hesitation
