The agent, Danny Ray, was very personable besides being knowledgeable about the product. He took the time to find out about my situation and needs, as well as telling me about the average costs of funerals in my area. Then he made recommendations as to what would suit me best. During the entire conversation I felt that he had my best interests at heart.

The agent that I worked with, Danny was very helpful. I have had several medical issues in the past which made it hard for him to find me a policy. In the end it all worked out fine and I would do business with him again.

Lisa Marie is always very pleasant and friendly when I talk to her. I recently needed a document written up to send for medicare reasons, and she was very prompt and willing to do it right away, and fax it to where I needed!

Kelly was by far the best sales representative I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with in any industry. Friendly, very down to earth, and seemed genuinely concerned that we get exactly what we need for our situation. Not pushy, and definitely not in it just for the sale and a paycheck, Kelly truly enjoys what he does and it shows in his interactions with his clients. While I don't believe he needed to with us, I have no doubt Mr. Kelly would go the extra mile for any one of his clients for no reason other then making sure they get exactly what they need. A true testament to sales representatives everywhere, and I wish more people took a page from his book.
