We purchased a whole + term life product for our 27 year-old daughter. We did this during Covid, multiple remote offices and travel, his office move, applications in different States, and both weather and administrative delays.

Honestly, I wanted so much to give Danny 5 Stars. Or 4.5 stars. In many instances he went above and beyond to help and educate both my daughter and me with illustrations, special video tutorials, and multiple emails and calls. I must say we both extended our patience with each other and the situations at hand.

He is very open, personable, and shares life experiences that are relatable. We went through his horrible Covid bout, and a period when I was caring for my mother who ultimately passed away. Needless-to-say, we are like neighbors or friends. I would do business with him again and recommend him to others.

The reasons behind the stepped down rating: lack of back-up person to back stop the communications with better response times, manage and check documents before sending them out to the customer, and chasing and validating 3rd party medical testing and administrative procedures. All created extra work and lost time for both Danny and for me.

In balance – we are in the home stretch and I believe we made the right choices!

At the end of 2019 I contacted these folks regarding burial insurance. Received an email telling me they would be in touch with me shortly. In the email the Specialist said the most important part of the process is determining my rate class which will determine price. Also, to ensure accuracy he would be calling me shortly to go over my request and answer any questions I may have. That made me feel like this company, this Specialist just might be what I was looking for. True to his word, the Specialist contacted me. Throughout the entire process we spoke on the phone and by email. From the beginning through to document signing, this process gave me a positive experience. Pleased with the policy, and a specialist that asked me questions and answered all of mine, and who was pleasant to deal with. Being able to do it all on my iPhone was a big plus. Just a couple of days ago I contacted the same Specialist to talk about putting my policy into a Revocable Living Trust and increasing the policy amount. He emailed the paperwork, and the process didn’t take long at all. Normally I don't do things as important as life insurance online, but there was security in place that made me feel comfortable with it. My overall experience with these people has been one of ease and incredibly positive. It was a 5-star experience!
