They were very polite and helpful BUT I wasn’t happy that I lost over $3000 because my policy was cancelled, should have had a phone call NOT SMS messages. Where I live we have been having a lot of issues with NBN the internet and our phone lines.

Easy and straight forward

I've had myself & my wife covered for funeral expenses with Insuranceline for some time. Sadly, I had to submit a claim for my dear wife recently. One phone call with a very sympathetic employee gave me all the information I needed to claim. Once I had the claim form, I supplied the relevant documents & the claim was processed quickly & efficiently. They even sent me a card & flowers. Recommend them unreservedly.

It has provided myself peace with myself

On notifying the company of our mothers passing we received the following day a beautiful bunch of flowers and a condolance card.
The claim against her funeral plan was settled within two days.

I have been a funeral plan customer since 2003. Recently they were charging me $78 p/m now over the last 2 months, I have been charged $105.45! That is a $27 just whisked out of my bank with no explanation whatsoever. I have paid them over the course of my insurance with them, over $26000 for only a $15000 funeral payout. Do yourselves a favour and never sign up to these legal thieves. I am now to far into my insurance jury to cancel so now they have me by the proverble short and curlys. I feel held to ransom. Stay away please be warned ⚠️

Claim and cod emailed Thursday funeral benefit was in my account Friday which allowed me to give my husband a beautiful farewell just as he deserved in the following days I recieved a beautiful bouquet of white flowers I was so impressed with insurance line response and very speedy service I know my kids won’t have a problem when it’s my turn

you guy suck never got the paperwork and it sad that no one listens to what you have to say just want to take our money as for the funeral insurance is a rip off pay to much seen a simple funeral is about $4000 i've paid $12.500 for a $10.000 policy now i'm still paying $31 a month. Didn't get the paperwork for that either as long as you take my money

Just feel great that l am covered

I have been with insurance line for many years now as I have funeral with you. That is why I have decided to do life insurance also. The gentleman that I spoke to was very helpful indeed and polite thank u. So my experience was awesome 👌
