I wanted to upgrade my policy but this was apparently not possible. I was told to cancel my policy and apply again - which necessitates inputting the whole rigmarole with medical details. No - not doing it. Other travel insurance companies allow amendments. I won't be using this company again.

At this point I’ve only bought the insurance. That went smoothly it’s hard to review without ever having to actually use it. The proof will be how was it if I ever needed to make a claim 😱

I took an annual policy last year. Unfortunately, my partner became ill, which prohibited us from taking a cruise we had booked and paid for. Insure & Go refunded me all but my excess, which was wonderful. The claim was conducted online, and simple to do.
I have taken another policy for the trip I am currently on.

We are Two older very healthy Australians , the ease of purchase and cost was very reasonable information on an understandable level.

I did huge amount of online quotes as going for 2 months not usual standard of up to 45 days. I liked that I&GO bundled 'All of Europe' together in one click so I didn't have to continually list every single country esp if may intend to 'duck across' into another country spur of moment but mainly, even their Bare Essentials Policy includes $20,000 cancellation fees (for 2 people) which is the main criteria I was looking for as 'just in case' scenario as you always have to prepay a lot upfront in tours, hotels etc. I read through all their inclusions & non, was very happy with those conditions plus prices were fantastic compared to other policies & the limits they had on them so was super happy found I&Go as most travel policies now charge a lot & give very little cover in return..was a relief! Seniors also get extra % off if type that in too. I also did check on a few FB forum discussions how they dealt with any people who had claimed & all said was professional with no dramas so that sealed it.

Was easy to get the insurance needed for this trip. I used insure and go for my last international trip and will again for my next trip.

I didn’t need to claim on the insurance but the online quote & payment was easy.

I have always used Insure and Gi for my travel insurance.. I have never had a claim. In saying that, I am sure I would be looked after with the utmost customer service,
