We need WhatsApp helpline
Usually a non fuss easy process but this time I ran into a problem extending my insurance when I decided to stay an extra couple of weeks. Creating an online presence where I could easily do this is not well advertised with the product. And while most of us these days buy eSIMs and use WhatsApp or signal rather than data roaming when overseas there is only a landline contact for o call for help
