I had a disappointing experience overall. The service didn’t meet my expectations, and there were a few issues that made things frustrating. I hope they improve their quality and customer support in the future.

I purchased a policy with Insured Nomads and submitted a reimbursement claim months ago after incurring covered expenses.

I provided all required documents and only received automated replies saying they would get back to me.

After repeated follow-ups across multiple emails, I have still received no response or update.

Completely unacceptable service. I paid for coverage and am being ignored when it comes to honoring it.

Awful service.

Don’t trust Insured Nomads. I filed a claim as we had to take a rescue helicopter during our trip to Nepal last December but they have stopped replying me and never covered our costs.

Do not buy this insurance. There is no benefit. The large print will seem beneficial but the fine print will take all benefits away. Just a waste of money completely. If you have to buy it for a group requirement, buy a plan from another company.

Flashpack recommended this travel insurance. I purchased it but cannot seem to get any response to email or to a claim I filed for an ER visit in Belize for a broken heel/ankle. I even reached out on Facebook messenger. Will wait the 15 days for response. It seems as this company might be defunct ??

Excellent service and I will definitely be using “Insured Nomads” in the future.

Very bad service. I tried all day to contact a number to get assistance, nonbody responded. I download the app and there is no telemedicine included. It is just an app with a buttom to call, but nobody respond. I am really dissapointed.

Great experience registering for this insurance. The representative was very helpful and answered all my queries swiftly! The process was also easy to follow and complete.
