I purchased a policy last month which was not used as I did not travel. So, I requested a change in the policy dates and within a 24-hour process it was changed, and a new policy was provided.

When misfortune prevented our earlier trip, they kindly arranged for our travel insurance to be placed on hold, pending renewal of our intended travel and when the time came, facilitated the renewal of our insurance. Recently i have purchased insurance for malta and mistakenly enter wrong date of birthday and today 26-march-2025 i have appointment at vfs i request to coustmer service for correcttion of date of birthday and they proceed my request within 1.2 hours i really appreciate this quick response thank you so much ❤️ now I'm ready to submit my file at vfs dubai.
