Intake Breathing Reviews 

Dishonest company. They don't honor the 90-day moneyback guarantee. I found the nose strip not meeting my needs and asked for a refund within the 90-day period. But they never responded. Now I'm stuck with a useless product. Waste of money. Worst customer service ever!

I’ve tried other nasal strips to help with improved sleep but these are far and away better and the best I have used. Great technology and medical grade strips with a small magnet to attach the strip bar with. The magnets ensure it stays on firmly allowing maximum airflow and improved oxygen. Highly recommend these if you want to improve snoring and quality sleep as well as during athletic activities!

It worked GREAT. For one night. They said it was hypoallergenic, but the metal tabs contact your skin. By the next morning they were itching. When I put them on again the next day, they were burning and stinging! The metal tabs are not covered where they contact your skin. These need to be covered! I would gladly pay extra for some that are, because the system actually worked for me!
Edit: They got back to me promptly, and I think the product can be modified so I’m increasing the stars! Well done!

Shout out Bryan D and the rest of his team. Besides the great product, it's very apparent that the team at Intake take the time to listen to their customers and provide incentives for taking the time to leave a review. Ngl this treatment surprised me.

This truly has been a godsend!!! I never could find anything that works or gave me the relief I was looking for until I found this!! It really works!! Plus it works well!!

I've been using intake breathing for about 2 years now and I have nothing but positive things to say. I've been on a subscription plan for a better part of those two years.

Anytime I had a question or concern Intake took the time to hear me out and dress those concerns head on. I actively tell my friends about the company and often time give them some the products that I bought to get them started.

This band has been great to help me get better sleep. I had been using breathe right strips, but these are way better. Your airway through your nose really opens. The kit comes with 4 sizes. Originally I used the 2nd size as the instructions guided me to do so. I did see some ads showing the 4t lh or level 4 ( biggest size), and WOW. My airways opened up, my nose got even bigger (ha), and the breathing through the nose at night has elevated. My Deep sleep scores have improved from an average of 52 mins/night to 1 hour 25 mins/night. I'm all in on my sleep protocol, and Intake breathing helps me level up!

Amazing product. I’ve been lucky enough to be using Intake for a while now and the improvements in my sleep and training are incredible. I couldn’t imagine not using them!

The absolute worst customer service of any company. No way to directly contact anyone. The "live chat" on their website requires you to be contacted, same thing when texting. Product is good, but the company itself is a complete SCAM. They also keep redesigning the strips to make them increasingly difficult to remove from the paper substrate. They absolutely deserve to go out of business.

I really enjoy intake breathing nasal strips! They are comfortable and easy to use! It did take me a few tries to get the placement of the tabs right for my nose shape, but otherwise they are awesome! Definitely recommend using the prep wipes to make sure skin is clean and dry because sometimes in humid climates the tabs don't stay on as well. Overall they have significantly improved my breathing and sleep quality! I had been waking up with a sore throat every morning and since using intake, that hasn't been happening! Highly recommend!

I’ve tried several nasal strips over the years, but Intake Breathing is by far the most effective. The magnetic design provides a stronger and more consistent lift than traditional adhesive strips, and I noticed an immediate improvement in airflow the first night I used it.

My breathing feels much more open, especially when dealing with allergies or congestion, and I’ve been waking up feeling more rested. My partner has also mentioned that my snoring has decreased significantly.

Love their nasal dilator and bands. I use it all the time for sleep and when I ride my bike.

I have a deviated septum, and thought I was breathing fine all these years. I was wrong!!! I am more than pleased with my purchase and the results I get from using it. The product I received was not flimsy; it was just as advertised. My morning fatigue is gone; I don’t wake exasperated in the middle of the night. It works even when I am congested with my allergies. I have sensitive skin, and the stickers nor the cleansing wipes have caused any irritation. Is it an additional step in the bedtime routine? Yes. But oh so worth it for me. I thought I was just “getting old” and sleep was going to evade me. I bought intake directly from the company website and not a link. I am enrolled in the auto-shipping program and have received my stickers just as communicated through email notifications. In fact my husband has started using the larger size band ( included in the set I purchased) now. He has also commented on the better sleeping. I’m not sure where the other reviewers purchased their products from but the items I have ordered are wonderful. Make sure you read all of the information they send, there are several helpful tips and resources, even videos for reference and placement of the products. I feel it’s safe to say if you purchased the OG and made every effort to eliminate “ human operator error” you will most likely be pleased with this purchase.

I ordered my device and the peel and sticks. I got my device but did not receive the peel and sticks. Beware, this company charged me for the 3 month supply and was taking the money out of account and I still never received the peel and sticks that go with the device. I'm still waiting for them to deliver it and thev given me every kind of excuse. I had to stop payment on my account or they would have kept taking the money out while I still never received my products. I ordered right off their website. I'm very disappointed.

I find it very suspicious that almost all of the reviews that give 5 stars have the date of February 20, 2026.

Absolutely useless product. I tried the biggest size and didn’t find any difference in breathing. I properly checked how to use it and confident that this product is just a scam. It says that if you are unhappy they do refund no questions asked instead they charge $8 or something to send the item back.

It's totally waist of money and time, what they send you is weaker, and its clear not black like they advertise. Please don't waste you money or time. Im begging for a refund right now. Because its a sad insult what they sent and weak. It's not strong as what they show on TV and advertisements

Annoying AF like regular nasal stripes. Glue is not going anywhere. Even with alcohol wipes (that will irritate your eyes even when you clean your nose). Magnets are decent. They do the work. But it’s not a solution for a long term. In the night not helping drastically. I can run with them and breathe through nose - yes. Daily activity - yes. Everyday device - no. I’m finishing a pack of metals in a week. So kinda same thing that breathing stripes. 30-40% stronger effect. But again - this glue is annoying.

They are working with retailers to sell their products, but then do not require the retailer to take the product back. Golds gym sold one to my husband and it did not work, the gym would not honor the 90 day trial and neither did the company. Shame on them.
