Honestly the best nasal strip ever!

I have been using Intake strips for a while now and I get the best sleep ever when I wear them. They stay on the whole night and never fall off. Love using them for running as well and then let me focus on breathing through my nose! Highly recommend!

During winter months my breathing becomes limited due to a stuffy nose. Wearing the Intake bands has been a game changer! It has allowed me to breathe deeply through my nose all night leading to much improved sleep. What an amazing product! Some people complain about the tab quality but I have had no issues at all. Highly recommend if you'd like to improve your sleep!

Intake deleted my unfavorable review on their website, but it shows a health risk related to the product, so I’m sharing here as well!

2/4: The tabs peeled the skin off my nose and now my face is bleeding. I have been using these most nights for a few weeks without issue and I definitely saw benefits. I used the enduro wipes before putting on the tabs last night, and I do that most nights. This hasn’t happened before, I did not do anything differently, and the tabs have been stored properly (away from heat, light, etc.). When I went to remove them, the skin under the adhesive came off, too. I believe I received some defective tabs. Or maybe it’s not safe for everyday use, which they don’t communicate! Again, the tabs were stored properly and I have used them before without issue so no user error. This is unacceptable.

I love the products. It was life changing on the first try. Super fast shipping. Everything was fantastic.

Awful company.. ordered the starter kit in December.. never got it after multiple emails.. now they charged for refill subscription.. emailed them again telling them that I never received the package.. nothing..
do not buy from them .. they are scammers!

I strongly advise against trusting this company. I ordered a product that never arrived. It was later revealed that it had been delivered to my neighbor. Despite reordering, I never received the product. The merchant refused to issue a refund. Their shady business practices are highly unrecommended.

I emailed the company on 12/16 for a return label and refund, and also asked to stop the upcoming refill shipment/how to get refunded if it arrived. I provided my reason for cancelling - product doesn't fit. They responded with a generic "sending to the right team" type message with a warning "do not send multiple emails or you'll be placed at back of queue".

12/18 they respond asking for my reasons why, did I watch a video, etc. and that they are happy to provide a return label that I pay shipping for and then a refund. I respond same day giving a more detailed reason, including my new doctor response that I can't use and why, and confirm I've watched the video (I have). And to please send that label over.

12/19 promises of making this a smooth process - if I could just fill out a form first (and apologies for their product harming me - which it did not, as I stated 2 times already, it was completely unused). I fill out form, and respond to the email protesting over my frustrating experience, lack of a return label yet, and ask for escalation as I'm leaving town. I call out their website statement: Note that your return policy states a "quick, easy refund process" and also mentions "no complicated forms". ... "We’ll walk you through a quick, easy refund process, you pay for return shipping label & we handle the rest. No complicated forms"

12/23 - crickets. I've now been sitting in their online chat for subscribers for over an hour. It said an agent will be with me in 15 minutes. No updates this entire time. Filing a dispute for the refill and filing this complaint. Don't do business with this shameful company.

I've been a customer for 2 years. Every single night I wear the band and the adhesive nose tabs, and it truly helped me every night for 2 years.

Then they changed the nose tabs. The first indicator of the change was the change in the packaging which used to be a white package that contain the refill tabs, and about a month ago it changed to a black package. The nose tabs are also flimsier and shape just a little bit different, but those things aren't the problem. The adhesive is no longer tacky enough to keep them on overnight.

For 2 years I never had a single failure of the nose tab, where it came loose or peeled off. In the last two weeks since I've been using the newly designed tabs in the black package, every night I have had either a total failure where the tab comes off completely or it lifts off significantly, and prevents the nose band from working.

The product is now useless. I contacted customer service and they told me that the only thing that changed was the packaging. That's an outright lie. A person doesn't go from two years without a single failure to two weeks using the newly designed nose tabs with 100% failure because they changed only the packaging.

Ordered the starting kit on Amazon and liked the product, so decided to utilize subscription service that offered discounted adhesive strips refills sent to me every month. The first refill pack came shortly after I subscribed, but the second one was a) shipped late and b) either lost by the USPS or never left the company's warehouse - the tracking number is invalid. Contacted the company via email, received a regretful bot-generated message from CSR named Sade saying that the "inquiry will be escalated to the appropriate team". Then the company went silent and didn't respond to my requests for refund and subscription cancelation. Calling the phone number is useless - the message says that customer service should be contacted via email only. Will instruct my credit card to cancel payment. If you happen to like their products or consider buying them then do that through Amazon and not directly from the company as more likely than not you will get stiffed.

It did not work. The adhesive pad is getting peeled off very easily. I followed the instructions but no luck.

EDIT: I reached out to the customer support and they were kind enough to offer a refund and even replacement for free of charge. Thanks
