Excellent treatment proving to me that it is better than irrigation through usual NHS GP clinics. Olivia was friendly, informative and patient. Maybe the service could be more competitive pricewise for one ear only?

I’ve always been wary of anything to do with my ears but recently I realised that my hearing was getting worse. I contacted Olivia and arranged for a visit. She was really lovely and made me feel really comfortable. She was very reassuring and talked me through the procedure. I was amazed at the amount of wax that came out! There was no pain, just
a rushing but not unpleasant sensation. I’m thrilled that my hearing has improved and I’m now able to turn the telly down again!

Olivia is a very pleasant young lady. She was very efficient and took time to explain the procedure as my parents are very elderly and mother totally deaf. After the procedure she could hear so well with her hearing aid she said it was too loud not having been unable to hear anything for months.

I suddenly developed a loss of hearing in my left ear and limited hearing in my right ear. The sensation was awful and very worrying. I was unable to find an appointment for weeks and I stumbled across Olivias business. She was able to fit me in the same day and I was seen promptly and treated with great care. She was courteous, explained the procedure which was incredibly relaxing and my hearing was completely restored in a matter of minutes. The relief was incredible!!! I'm so grateful to her and will continue to use her services going forward. Highly recommended and incredibly professional. Thank you so much for helping me at short notice.

I only had to wait a few days for an appointment. The treatment was very effective and both ears were cleared of wax. It was good value for an instant solution to an irritating problem. I would definitely recommend.

Olivia was kind and gentle with my 92 year old Mum who had a build up of wax and pounding in her ear.
