I arranged for Olivia to syringe my mum in laws ears a week ago. Olivia was professional and constantly informed us of what she was doing. She made her feel at ease and we thought the price was fair. I booked my nana in here to have her ears unblocked. They were blocked for 7 weeks, she was having treatment at another place however after 3 treatments here ears were no better. After reading reviews I booked her in here, she was in within 3 days and had her ears unblocked. She was extremely pleased with the service. The staff were amazing from start to finish. We cannot recommend them high enough! Thank you!!!

Very pleased and would recommend. Ear was totally blocked and was quite deaf. Olivia explained how the procedure of micro suction would work and any possible problems. Also given advice on after care. She was very gentle and thorough, making sure ear canal was completely clear of wax and debris before leaving. Hearing was fully restored and was quite relieved as other medical services have been very restricted because of Covid. Would feel confident to go back if the need arose.

I attended Integrate Hearing because my hearing was badly affected by a build up of wax in both ears. I was grateful to Olivia who explained the procedure carefully and removed the wax skilfully and effectively. I shall certainly use Integrate Hearing again.

I had been struggling to hear for a number of weeks and it was making me feel so depressed. I booked with Olivia and right from the start she made me feel hopeful. At first attempt the blockages wouldn’t move but I waited in the waiting room for the warm water to soften the wax and she tried again. This time with success..... the blockages were tiny balls of cotton wool that had come loose from cotton buds! A lesson learnt. The relief at being able to hear was tremendous. The whole procedure was painless and quick. Absolutely recommend
