I believe the woman who talk to us was Diane. She was very patient very knowledgeable about her job took her time and made sure every question was answered before we hung up and see this a ton of money. We would highly recommend her to many people, as we have so far and it was just yesterday that we spoke to her.

Integrity Energy half good, half unsatisfactory
Integrity Energy offered two products to us: viz. a fixed price contract for natural gas and a fixed price contract for electric power. The things for the gas contract worked smoothly. However, when I told the supervisor who confirms the contracts that I did not want to confirm the electric contract, she said that she would let the salesperson who arranged the contract that I wanted a different supplier. I also sent an E-mail message to the salesperson stating my desire for a different supplier. However, the salesperson has never responded to my request. I have received a copy of the contract from the electric supplier in the mail. So, I find Integrity Energy service is for their benefit and not so much to meet the needs of the customer they have searched out and with whom they have initiated contact.
