We know the products IntelliBED provides are exceptional and worth every expense, but their website is not quite up to the level of "exceptional". Navigation is somewhat clunky and descriptions of the products are not detailed enough. There also are no personal testimonials from users of their products on the pages.

IntelliBED is a very trustworthy company, in my opinion, and my own personal experience with their Sapphire Gel Matrix mattress leaves no question but that this is a stellar product that has helped me recover nearly all of my former pain-free flexibility. And, with two homes, we will be buying another mattress from IntelliBED in the near future.

We love our new mattress as it is super comfortable. I only wish that it wasn’t as pricey.

This topper allowed my wife and I to savage a bad experience with another mattress company who didn't allow us to return a high quality but (wrong-support-for-us) model bed we got stuck with in April. We decided to integrated this topper and now have a very usable and comfortable bed. We will buy Intellibed beds in the future, when its time to replace our current one. Thank you for a great product and great customer service!

There should be a no-star rating. Bought a “Demo” king IntelliBED mattress Sep 2016. I bought a demo because the new mattress would have cost me more than $1,200 more. Swapped out my first mattress for another one under 60-days later. First mattress had a Marianas trench in it that I ended up rolling into no matter where I slept on my side of the bed. Second mattress has a Florida sink hole that just keeps getting worse. I try to sleep around it, but it sucks me in. My back had been doing well for many years using a Sleep Number bed. My daughter talked me into this option instead. Beware, Intelligel mats have traditional coil springs underneath them, I don’t know if the gel or the springs have given up the ghost, but I suspect the springs. Why would you marry such a new technology with an old, crappy one? And why would I swap my mattress out for another one, under the warranty, when two mattresses in two years didn’t work for me? My new Sleep Number bed will be delivered next week, and, as part of delivery, they will haul away my pricey IntelliBed mattress. Some warranty.

Purchased the Intellibed mattress three years ago with assurance from the sales representative that we would have no problems with the mattress, and if it did break down quickly they have a 30-year warranty that is valid and presents no problems for customers.
We were very familiar with gel mattresses due to the fact we purchased a similar mattress three years previous to this purchase at the same store location, and actually went back to complain and see what they could do. The salesman informed us that the mattress company that was at that location had gone bankrupt, and it was one of the previous partners of Intellibed, who had left and started his own mattress company. He assured us that Intellibed would not break down it had more spring support and also assured us that we would have no problems with a warranty issue as well. We actually purchased the protective cover they suggested as well as the box springs, and pillows. We left the store spending over $3600 dollars and that included a 20% because of our bad experience with our previous mattress.
Now three years after our purchase both my husband and myself wake up in pain-due to the fact the middle part of the bed does not nave enough support. After contacting the company and filling out all the correct paper work, and taking pictures they told me that they could not honor their 30-year warranty-due to the fact that normal wear and tear on a mattress is ½ inch. They also sent out two employees to measure and take pictures of the bed as well. When they measured the bed, it was ½ in. and ¾ of inch wear and tear on the bed; with ¾ of inch in the middle portion of the bed-where we complained there is no support. They never called me or returned two placed calls to customer service. On the third call the customer service representative put me on hold, and then came back and said that the would not honor the warranty due to the fact the mattress needs to sag or have a wear and tear measuring over ¾ of inch.
Consequently, the change their measurement requirements according to what they measure-there is definitely no warranty. They also do not stand behind their product or their selling promo’s-that we were promised at the purchase of the bed. I would never suggest purchasing an expensive Intellibed-unless you feel that a $4000.00 + bed is worth about two and half years of comfort.

Intellibed is the only bed you have to sleep on once to you know you're a fan! Excellent technology, excellent product!

I love my Intellibed mattress and pillows, they earn 5 stars. But I was recently told they're not making the pillows now. So I went to their website to try to snag one, and since they were sold out I chose a different option. Turns out the same pillow is on Amazon for $60 less and free shipping. But the sales rep for Intellibed said he couldn't even offer me free shipping, even as a return customer who has purchased 2 mattresses and many pillows. Next time I'll skip Intellibed and go straight to Amazon for these items.

I haven’t received my order and it has been 3 weeks. Every time I call costumer service I am out on indefinite hold. The shipping company has been no help. This is one expensive mistake.

I had a very bad initial sales experience when a sales guy told me they had the mattress in stock knowing very well they did not have it in stock. I voiced my opinion and wrote a review on this site and was immediately contacted by an amazing sales rep (Rachael) who made everything right and got me my bed quickly. Once we got it in place, I absolutely loved it. Highly recommend the adjustable bed frame, it is life-changing!

The experience with Intellibed was excellent. They were helpful and responsive. The mattress exceeds my expectations. It is incredibly supportive and comfortable. I have arthritis and back issues and they are significantly better.. I don’t turn over near as much in the night and feel more rested. Thank you Intellibed!

IntelliBED Sapphire – The sleep I always dreamed of. For years I had the desirable pillowtop memory foam mattress. I spent way more than I want to remember on this bed. I had it for almost 10 years until I finally said enough is enough and wanted to try something new. I moved out of a cooler state to a hot climate and I’m sure like most know, memory foam and heat do not mix even if you have the A/C going its still hot! Waking up to night sweats is the worst especially when you have dogs that are a basically a living furnace laying next to you or in one case right against you at all times. After attending a show I inquired about a few beds on the show floor from Tempurpedic and Serta with the thought about just getting another memory foam bed with possibly more advanced features but they had sold out immediately upon entering the show floor. Luckily for me at least I stumbled upon IntelliBED a brand I admit I’d never heard of before. After listening to their speech about why I should buy their bed and testing their examples available the Sapphire and the Azure, I went home that night and did some research. There weren’t too many reviews I suppose simply because their buyers were sleeping in, HA! But I believe its because Tempurpedic and Serta have been the go to beds due to their mass advertising campaign. I’ve stopped by all the local mattress stores and not one had this brand. So I admit I was hesitant to buy at first since it is a great deal of money. IntelliBED’s price isn’t too much more than the Tempurpedic Breeze cooling bed but since they had either chosen not to sell or truly had sold out, they lost out on a potential review and possibly a loyal customer. Now why did I compare them to the tempurpedic Breeze? The answer is simple. Since purchasing this bed I have not woken up drenched in sweat and even with my living heater sleeping against me I’ve still remained fine even to the point that my dog now sleeps under the covers even though she had never done so in the past, so I’d say dog approved too! Although a very $$$$ dog bed none the less. I also have a mattress protector and it doesn’t affect the airflow of the mattress either. I have had this bed for almost 60 days and can’t say I regret a dime. The only issue I will bring up is that the bed is very deep and not a whole lot of sheets fit on the bed itself. I had to modify my favorite sheets that I refuse to replace with straps to hold them down but for those not as stubborn as me it’s not a huge issue as they make specific sheets for that. I will also note my friend (400+ lbs) also bought a bed from them, the Azure and he loves it as well. He has also commented that his sleep has improved since upgrading along with no more night sweats. The only reason I mention his weight is because it doesn’t affect the bed at all and it has decreased his loud snoring by a great deal. We both live in the two hottest states in the US so this is just an awesome discovery since we battle with the thermostat on a regular basis. I will update this post again in another year to see if I’ve discovered anything new or feel differently.

When we received the topper the Box was all busted up. The organic cover had a terrible odor so we had it dry cleaned according to the instructions, the dry cleaners shrunk the cover. There were stains all over the foam, we emailed Intellibed and sent pictures of the mold looking stains and never received a response. We finally spoke with Josie at Intellibed and she said the company would not take the topper back. So we were stuck with it and threw it in the trash and I would not recommend this product to anyone else.
Please stop sending us E-mails saying we are satisfied customers for we are not.

I love my intellibed. I was having problems with my hips and shoulders falling asleep and hurting all the time. I thought I would have to have surgery on them but decided to try a new bed. I bought my intellibed and two years ago. I have not had any trouble with my hips or shoulders since. I tell everyone about my great bed and recommend to them to try mine and then go buy their own.

My intelliBed just arrived covered in black mold after a shipping delay. I'm really excited to sleep on this bed, but I can't say anything good so far. I called, but customer service is only available M-F. However, sales is open on the weekends, so now I have a moldy bed in my house until at least Monday. Fantastic.

UPDATE -- They were able to get someone from customer service to call the delivery company and pick up the bed. The moldy bed is gone for now (which I think was an issue that came up in transit). So far the customer service is top notch. The delivery company they use is pretty terrible. Now I just have to wait all over for a new bed to be delivered.

With over 15 years of working in the bedding industry I have slept on just about every mattress you can buy. All of them have been high end products designed to help you get the best nights sleep. While all of the mattresses were good beds, none of them compare with the sleep I get with intelliBED. Each night is like getting into a new bed, it feels the same from day one. I slept on Tempurpedic beds for over 15 years, I thought they were fairly good mattresses, but I was still suffering with severe back pain, lots of muscle aches, I slept very hot on them, even in the winter, I always felt like I was sleeping on quicksand because I sank into the mattress & it was hard to get out of the pit, I tossed & turned all throughout the night.

Then to my shock, I read online that TP beds use toxic-chemical fire retardants that out gas, which causes inflammation, restless & hot sleep, brain disturbances & more. Just Google it!

Customer service was good/responsive. Thought bed was ok for first week or so, but have a very difficult time getting comfortable and falling asleep on it. Now experiencing shoulder and hip pain and waking up every hour or 2 to change positions. Also wake up stiff and feel like my back and neck are not aligned well at all. Not what I expected based on reviews and talking to customer service.
