Both my wife and I like the bed

sleeps cool and comfortable. love it

We like our Intellibed. It's comfortable and has a clean look to it. Never noticed any discomfort. We thought from other reviews that it was going to be really firm but it's actually softer than we hoped. Also, I wish the cotton protection cover zipped around the bed. It's more like a sheet-which makes me question dust mites ability to enter the bed. Overall comfortable sleep.

My wife and I attest to the quality and comfortable sleep on our IntelliBed mattress. We have the King Size IntelliBed and have slept on it now for four months. What a difference and improvement of our sleep. My first night on the bed was an adjustment for us as it moves differently than our old foam based mattress, however we both noticed that we slept longer, did not turn over as much, and felt better in the morning. After a few days use, the IntelliBed bed felt natural, and we felt so rested, it's wonderful. For me, it doubled my restful sleep; my old foam mattress seemed to get so hot, and create pressure points, that I would interrupt my sleep to frequently turn over throughout the night; not any more. Four months since our first sleep on our IntelliBed, we are now making plans to purchase our 2nd IntelliBed for our vacation home.

Here is the history of how we found, researched, and bought our IntelliBed mattress.

My wife has chronic back pain caused from years of hard work and western horse riding and training; getting a good night sleep is difficult for her. In May 2015, my wife had a bad fall coming off a horse unexpectedly and she landed on concrete slab directly on her tailbone, and she re-injured several discs and vertebras in her lower back in the fall. This injury put her largely on her back and immobile for the summer with little pain relief; she could not sit comfortably, nor sleep in our bed, as it provided little back support and seemed to increase the pain with any movement. My wife's back pain continued for several months with little relief, excepting a brief restbit at the chiropractors office followed by massage; however within hours, her back pain would return.

In August 2015, I shared my wife's plight with a friend, and he gave me an "IntelliGel" pillow for my wife to sit on, suggesting that this might help her sit more comfortably. We had a four hour drive to our 2nd home that day, and I tossed the pillow on the passenger seat for my wife. She said the pillow was comfortable and did not complain. When we arrived at our destination at St. George, UT four hours later, we stopped at the grocery store, and I noticed that for the first time in months, my wife was walking normal again, and I called it to her attention. She too had not realized that she was walking upright again. The only change that had occurred is that she had sat for the drive on the buckling gel pillow filled with IntelliGel. Somehow, the buckling gel pillow had allowed her back to relax and provide support without discomfort or shots of pain. Based on the early success with the gel pillow, we ordered a few more IntelliGel pillows to put in the cars, and on chairs at home for my wife. We were impressed with the IntelliGel and observed that the same gel construction is inside the IntelliBed; however we did not purchase the bed right away, because it was pricey.

A few weeks later I awoke in the morning, and found my wife on the floor. I asked, why are you on the floor? She said, because I cannot sleep in our BLANK bed; It's too hard and uncomfortable. She then said, when are you going to get us an IntelliBed? No surprise, I went out and picked up our IntelliBed later that day. It was a great decision for us, my wife and I both sleep better, and we are now strong advocates of the IntelliBed mattress, and we have shared our story with our friends, and many of them have purchased the IntelliBed since, and have their own positive stories about their IntelliBeds.

You have a referral program that clearly states "how simple it is". Maybe you should put a disclaimer on there that if there is a sale you get NOTHING. I gave someone my referral number only for him to be told that since there is a big sale going on now there could be no referrals. That is inexcusable. What a scam on your part. This person I referred was going to buy another Temperpedic and would have if it weren't for me and my time I spent convincing him to go with this bed. Your company is dishonorable. Shame on you for being DISHONEST.

Hubby and I both are side sleepers and our shoulders/ribs were hurting by morning, so as this was "good for pressure points" we spent a lot on this for a topper. I sleep mostly on edge of bed and didn't realize I would not be on the blue gel, but on some kind of foam which surrounds the blue, thus to be on the blue the actual bed size is reduced to about 2/3 and hubby and I kinda rolled into each other. It is also quite firm feeling and didn't help our pressure points on shoulders or ribs, ended up getting a different much cheaper gel foam topper and no aching by morning... What they don't tell you is how much shipping is to return this, it weighs over 70 pounds and doesn't squish so box is huge which raises shipping price ($186 to retun!!!! not near the 66 paid to get it, so very misleading) , plus their box is so thin it is damaged by time it gets to you so to reuse it needs extra cardboard and a lot of tape, regular packing tape didn't stick, had to go with strapping tape to hopefully not bust through... all in all very disappointed

It is a nice bed and very comfy but I do not think 60 days is enough time for your body to adjust and get use to it before deciding if a softer bed would work better. Some nights I do great and other nights I wake up hurting bad from the bed. As of now it is 50/50. Sometimes I wonder if the softer bed would have been a better choice for me. As of now there are no options without consequences.

This bed is the perfect mix of firm and soft. As my wife and I looked for a new bed we constantly struggled to find something that fit us both but didn't limit us to where we laid on the bed. We both immediately said we loved the feel of the bed when we tested it and only love it more now that we have had if for a couple of months.

We gave it a thirty night stay, but could not get a good night sleep on this mattress. Customer service in handling our questions/concerns and in the ordering process was top notch.

Had a wonderful experience with ordering my intelliBed AND love the bed itself!

I had problems with my knees and hips. My arms hurt when I woke up from improper sleep positions. I bought an intellibed and after awhile of getting used to it I felt so much better. I also bought an intellipillow. My neck aches and pains dissapeared. I will keep this bed forever. I live in an RV that has storage under the bed. This bed weighs about 95 lbs. I had a stronger lift put in and now it's perfect!! Thank you intellibed for your customer service and excellent bed!

I love my new bed. It's made such a difference. However, I've really been blown away by intelliBED's outstanding customer service - tremendous!

My wife and I had some issues with our mattress and the customer service staff were prompt and helpful in getting things resolved.

Almost bought another Sleep Number bed, had to cancel the order after I found out about Intellibed. Best decision ever!

After sleeping on this bed for a month, I'm not sure that my back pain is much better. (There are no other factors in my life for back pain; it is all related to time spent sleeping.) Then we were on vacation for a month and slept in various beds, and I had no back pain! Now back to sleeping on this mattress for a week, and my back is getting unbearable after a night's sleep. I'm not sure yet how I feel about this bed.

It feels so good to just lie down in my bed! It is so soft and comfortable!

I love these beds we have 5 in our family now and we will be purchasing additional beds for our other children in the future. They are very comfortable with no pressure points and we have not gotten the typical sag in any of the mattresses. We could not be happier.

The intelibed was recommended by my chiropractor and we went to try it and bought it about 3 months ago. We end up getting The firmest mattress .The customer service was great and very accommodating and we got the mattress delivered on time and without any problems. We had to use protection for the first 30 days which made us too hot but once we remove it (after we decided to keep it)it was as cool as promised ( it is much cooler than our Tempur-pedic before) And comparing it with all previous mattresses this one is a higher rating for us. My lower back pain is gone my shoulder pain is gone. The only thing is getting used to the feeling of the texture of the mattress .

The bed is just as promised. Delivery was smooth, setup went great, it took about three weeks to get use too, but now I sleep more comfortable than ever. Wished I would have purchased this quality of bed years ago.
