Best freaking bed ever!
If that sounds like hyperbole, it isn't. I love my new bed, absolutely love it. The last 3 nights of sleep are better than I can remember in a long time. The comfort of the bed, the quality of the bed, the lack of feeling pressure points in my knees and hips, the way my back feels in the morning. It is truly amazing the difference a good nights sleep makes in how I feel during the day. I am going back to get the intelliBED pillows, I didn't think I would want them at first, and the price turned me off. But feeling how great the bed is, my head deserves the same treatment while I sleep. Everyone I have dealt with so far has been extremely kind and helpful as well. Luke, the original salesman I dealt with, was the best. What more can I say, if you are in the market for a new bed, make sure you give these guys a look.

Great bed/great service
So glad I bought my Intellibed. It is a very high quality bed and worth the money you spend. I really like the low toxicity factor as I am really into toxin exposure reduction.
I don't have back problems but my bed is very supportive and I like the comfort.
The service for this company is most impressive of all. They are attentive to every detail of the sales transaction and answer every bed question you can think up! Also, never aggressive for you to purchase. They really work with you and not against you, which I appreciated. Again, great bed and great people to work with!

We also found that you did not purchase the mattress protector that would have allowed you to return the bed in pristine condition. We regret that you didn't purchase the protector that is explained on the Online purchase information site as this is the only way that we confirm that the mattress is free from stains. The acclimation period can take up to 60 days to introduce your body to less pressure and better sleep.

They really try to make you happy
We had a few delivery issues and to make up for that they reimbursed us the delivery fee and gave us two pillows!! The bed is comfortable and the pillows are GREAT! We do have an issue with the air pouch coming out of the pillow and not able to get it back in but I am sure once we contact them they will help solve the problem.

Would Not recommend this bed
Out of four bed selections, we have tried two. First one was way too hard. Second one was way too soft. Unfortunately, they draw the line at number of choices and we can't return or exchange second the bed. Buyer beware, unless you try it in a store DO NOT BUY ONLINE. Too expensive of a mistake. I will not be recommending these beds sold online.

Kristen sent this email to us in customer service as we are the team to do the follow up, returns, and exchanges. "Laurie, when we spoke about the first mattress you received, we understood that it was too firm, and we agreed to an early exchange, even though our policy is to keep the mattress 30 days before making any decisions. You had said the intelliBED was still better than any other mattress, but the firm model you had chosen was just not for you. You made the decision to exchange instead of return and with that agreement you understood that there was no exchange nor return option with the new mattress. You agreed to that term, decided on the 2” box spring, paid the fee to have the new mattress shipped, and received your new, softer, mattress. I have notated in the system that on 4/15/16 we spoke, you agreed the terms of the exchange, and then were going to call us back when you had decided on the 2 or 4 inch box spring.
We are sorry to hear that you are not pleased with the new mattress, but as per our conversation, this mattress does not have the return option. When we spoke we told you a bit about my personal experience. It did take me an abnormal amount of time to acclimate to my intelliBED. IntelliBED is unlike any other mattress on the market, and it may be that you just need a little extra time for your body to adjust."

We love our two Intellibed single beds. Due to excessive shaking at night by one of the partners, we find the two single beds to be a very comfortable and satisfying solution to a difficult and persistent problem. Every night we go to bed we feel these beds were one of the best investments we have ever made.

Way too comfy.
Honestly, this is in fact the BEST bed I have ever had in my life. I have a history of major hip pain, and I used to wake up from the throbbing between 3 and 5 times a night. Not with this bed. Somehow it actually does cradle my hips and shoulders in an embrace of comfort. I am actually 100% convinced there will never be a bed that is better than this one. I am so content with my purchase. I even recommend it to all of my friends! Any time I hang out with them, they always ask to spend the night so they can sleep in my bed. Haha!

First bought a queen. Loved it. Then I talked my folks into getting a therapeutic one, as they both have back issues, and they both love their mattress. Then we got a great deal on another bed for us, but this time it's a king, and I seriously couldn't be happier. Now our guests will even get to sleep on our intelliBED queen. Really great mattresses!!!

Not satified
Did not like the bed. Tried to return it, would not. We even purchased the protective covering so we could take it back at a cost of 75.00 which they told us we had to get if we were to return it. Will never go there again. They were very rude. We will not recommend the bed to family or friends.

A painless night's rest again.
I was experiencing pain in my hips, shoulders, neck and back while sleeping. A restful nights sleep was impossible...until intelliBed! Now my nights are full of rest, I don't toss and turn because of pain and I wake refreshed. Couldn't be happier!

Great Bed-Great Company
My initial bed did not give me that wonderful sleep so many friends had told me about so I called in and the staff was more than helpful. I took their suggestions but it still wasn`t good so I called back and customer service helped me choose a different bed. The process was easy and I am now getting that incredible sleep I heard about. i recommend Intellibed to everyone I know!! They are a company that is true to their word.

Purchased the firm version of the Intellibed.
Purchased the firm version of the Intellibed. It works really well at relieving pressure at the shoulders, and hips if you weigh less than 180 lbs. If a person has wide heavy shoulders, they will benefit from extra padding of either the softer versions of the bed or by adding their own after market gel foam padding like we did. The firm version should last decades, with us needing to replace our extra padding every few years for added comfort. I feel like I'm sleeping on a cloud, with no more back and shoulder pain when I wake up.
