The Firm Intelliibed starts out comfortable, but after half an hour or waking up in the morning my body hurts all over.

Wellness Mama raved about the bed. So I was interested. Then she raved about it being non toxic and comfortable. I'm so glad I bought it. The delivery was well done. The seat cushion I received so I could "sit tight" till the bed arrived, was really nice. It's a great bed. Very comfortable. Supportive. Like nothing I've ever slept on before.

Before purchasing an intelliBed I had bought a mattress set from IKEA. I could not handle the strong odor the mattress was putting out. After returning the mattress set back to the store, I had started an online search for an organic mattress, thinking there would be no out gassing and I would be making a healthier choice. By chance, I had read an article from a source on Facebook, regarding the downside of purchasing an organic mattress. The article went on to talk about the intelliBed and the reviews were great. I contacted the company and after watching a video about their mattresses, I decided to give one a try. I have been happy with my choice to own one and after some minor adjusting, I am getting a much better nights sleep. I am now contemplating buying a pillow as well. I am also glad I won't need to worry about replacing this mattress for twenty years.

Just bought the second king sized bed, first one was 12 years ago and it is still in the house for guests. I travel a lot and always love coming home to our intellibed even though the hotels we stay in have great beds but are not intellibeds.

I first got the firm mattress but it was to hard so I called and changed to the mattress for side sleepers and I love it. Thanks intellibed.

My husband and I have had our Intellibed since Feburary, and we have never slept better! When we go on vacation, we can't wait to get back home to our bed!

Customer service was exceptional from beginning to end! I had lots of questions and all of them were answered. The bed is worth every penny! We like firm mattresses and selected the firmest they could provide. We've had the bed for a few months now and our sleep hasn't been better! The only slightly negative comment I have, is when the bed was delivered there weren't any identifying markings or labels on the bed to let us know it was the one we ordered. All it had was some random number. We had to call in and confirm that number on the bed matched our order; the delivery folks had no idea.

I have tried Tempurpedic, Sleep Number and have been largely disappointed. I had a water bed years ago that I actually enjoyed getting into every night. I have been on a long journey to experience that feeling again. Hooray! I found it. If I have any pain, even from long hikes, when I wake up even from a nap, I am pain-free and refreshed. I have been a toss-and-turner for years which has interrupted my sleep. I now have no pressure point issue (mine was in my shoulders and hops). It was so foreigner at first, it felt strange. I travel and sometimes have to sleep on a hotel bed. They are not an Intellibed by a long shot. Since my pressure point issues have been helped by the Intellibed, I don't have pressure point issues on the occasional nights I do not sleep in my new bed. Wish I would have purchased years ago.

I recently upgraded from the regular intelliBED mattress to this Relief Perfect Lo-Motion since it is the newest model (and softest). Yes, these beds have a 30-year warranty, so we gave our 10-year old intelliBED to my father-in-law since he cannot afford this mattress. That "old" mattress still feels like new and he sure appreciates it since he can now sleep through the night. This newer model is softer and has independently wrapped coils, so my wife can sleep restfully while I steel her sheets. :)

13 years ago I first bought the Gel Topper for our Queen bed. We then got into a house and bought a king mattress from a local mattress retailer and then quickly bought the King Gel Topper. About 2 years after that we finally bought the bona-fide intelliBED king mattress. Now, the queen topper is on our oldest daughter's bed. The king topper is in our RV (we love camping even more now) and we have 3 twin gel toppers for our other kids and our baby's crib has the gel crib mattress.

As you can see, we love this bed. My parents just recently bought this exact bed as well (actually before we did). The first few nights it was tough for my dad since he was not used to sleeping with his back aligned and without pressure points. He said that he "had just worked in his old mattress of 12-years to the way he liked it." Basically, he had created a huge valley on his side of the bed and the foam in his pillow top mattress was so compressed and hard, it hurt to lay on it. He is so old fashioned. But Yes, the body has to get used to healthy food and even healthy sleep. But, now he loves this bed! He wears a CPAP and sleeps much better with this new mattress. This will really be the last mattress they ever have to buy!

We have always bought quality over anything else. That is why we invested in the gel topper early in our marriage. But, nothing beats the mattress.

Plus, how can you beat the 60-day in-home trial. Get it home and try it out and fall in love with your mattress and enjoy sleeping restfully. Returning from vacations in hotels is a happy reunion with our mattress. Cheesy, but true!

The customer service is great. The bed quality is excellent but we haven't found it to quite as great as advertised. For us, we don't seem to sleep all that better on this bed than we have any other high-end mattress.

We've had issues from the beginning with intelliBED. First, we live in Ohio, yet our mattress was shipped to Kansas for who-knows-what-reason. So our mattress arrived about a week later than we had expected and planned. Second, our mattress arrived with a small tear in one of the seams about 2 inches long. I immediately called and emailed customer service to report the issue. Everyone I have spoken to acted genuinely concerned, told me they would consult a manager and get back to me, and naturally I've never heard from them again. Further attempts at calls or emails to those employees are never returned. The tear has grown to about 4 inches now over the course of a year, but I've given up on it. I will say that the mattress itself is extremely comfortable and we had planned to purchase another one this year for another bedroom. But with the customer service issues, we will take our business elsewhere.

UPDATE 5/3/16: Thank you Intellibed for your reply. Please give me an email address, and I will happily forward you all my previous emails. For the record, I spoke on the phone to Deena on 5/22/15, and DID send her a picture and full explanation on the same day. I got zero response from ANYONE. Then on 7/15/15 I got a canned "marketing" email from Deena, to which I again replied with the picture and full explanation of all my issues. And again - you guessed it - not a single reply or acknowledgment of my email. So I appreciate your response to my review, stating you will "look at my options," but forgive me if I remain doubtful that this is just more lip service and superficial customer service with no real desire to help. I hope you prove me wrong, and I hope everyone reading this seriously considers this a warning as to the level of customer "service" you will get from Intellibed.

UPDATE 7/13/16: I have had numerous contacts over the past month or so with Terry, the VP of Sales for intelliBED. True to his word, he worked with me to resolve my complaints. As I mentioned in my original review above, we always wanted to purchase another mattress, but were turned off by the issues from our first purchase. Well, again due to the genuine concern Terry showed, we have purchased a new king mattress from intelliBED. Processing and delivery is expected to take a few weeks, so I will update this review when we receive the new mattress, and hopefully this will be a 5 star review at that time.

This company has integrity and provides excellent non-toxic products for discriminating consumers. So much so, I became a professional affiliate to promote their products to my clients; that's how much I trust them!

I have had my bed for a year now and I LOVE it! I love that it is non-toxic. Since I use it every night and will have it for the rest of my life (or until I am 94, according to the warrantee), it is the best investment ever! I highly recommend this bed and company.

We bought an IntelliBED last year when we were looking for a new bed. It is one of the most comfortable beds I have every slept in. My wife LOVES it. She doesn't wake up anymore with sore back or hips. It's been great. Highly recommended!

Good mattress but not as great as I expected considering the price. I can't imagine how to send it back so I will live with it - although I still say it is a good mattress but not as great as I expected.

I have longer, more relaxed sleep cycles than ever before. Nothing compares. Everything else is a waste of time and money.

We love our intellibed mattress! I can definitely tell a difference when I don't sleep on it and usually hotels aren't as comfortable. It's a little stiff at first but then softens nicely and doesn't get too soft. Worth the purchase.

I really hope the company figures out a better and more reliable delivery process. The "White glove" delivery service I paid was inadequate to say the least. Very dirty and required my son and I to carry mattress upstairs. no recourse to pursue from Intellibed.

I cannot say enough good things about this product or this company! To begin with the bed is excellent! Comfortable,sleep like a baby, plus I don't have to worry about any 'yucky' stuff , like chemicals, etc., coming off the mattress, it is safe! This gives me a piece of mind which helps me to enjoy this awesome product! Next, the company! I have such respect for this company and it's owner- moral, upstanding, high values - second to none. Community minded, service oriented - excellent!!!! Excellent!!!
