Dealing with Sally has been a God send, most other brokers are hopeless but not Sally.

She does what she says she will and is proactive, who'd have thought that was a thing when purchasing a business!

Excellent experience selling my business with Intelligent. I was referred by a professional contact and due to the nature of my business could only discuss the sale ‘out of hours’ which Mark the MD accommodated from first contact.
This flexibility continued after instructing them to sell my business and Mark, along with Katie provided great support throughout the process. I received a lot of interest which Katie vetted to remove the tyre kickers.
Of the seventy plus serious enquiries, a dozen were shortlisted resulting in six offers from which I selected three to progress before selling to a trade buyer. The process can be intense, and does require work to provide information different buyers request but Intelligent supported at every stage – and at all hours!

I had a negative review earlier based on preliminary engagement stages with Intelligent. However, the amount of energy they put into setting the matter straight was a good indicator for me of how much they value their reputation. Caring for a customer opinion is never a wrong strategy, no matter what the reasons are. I am missing a star as I didn't go through the full experience yet, so I want this review to stand out as incomplete. Success comes from two things, capabilities and will. I would say they have the will, let's see where capabilities take us.
