Service, professionalism and support could nnot have been better, from start to finish. Selling a business can be a stressful experience. This was not the case for me with Intelligent. Within a few days of marketing I have received 2 offers. A 3rd and 4th quickly followed. From putting my business on line to completing the sale took less than 2 months !! When the time came to sell my business I looked them up and made contact. I have to be honest I didn't expect the level of service to be as good, and I am 100% going to be coming back to them in a few years when I sell my other business (armed with the information I have learn this time of course).

As a business buyer, I deal with many business agents and Intelligent stand out above the crowd. They are super helpful, very responsive and helpful for both the buyer and the seller. They recognise that whilst they are working on behalf of the seller, without a buyer, there would be no sale. I particularly found Sophia to be extremely helpful when I was purchasing my business and helped broker the deal in a structure that meant the purchase could go forward.

I Bought a business through Intelligent. Katie from intelligent was great all the way through the transaction and we successfully completed within 4 weeks !

I called Intelligent with a question even though I wasn’t thinking about selling. The phone was answered by Mark, who turned out to be the MD.

He was really polite and helpful. He kindly pointed me towards someone who could give me the advice I needed. Great customer service experience.

The company took a deposit from me for a potential business purchase. the deal did not go through and I am now chasing them to give my deposit back for over 5 weeks. First there was no response for three weeks and then Collete said the finance wants my bank details to ensure there was no AML. It has been two weeks and there is no news of my money. I only get a standard response that the money will be done once AML check is done. Surprisingly no AML check was done when they were receiving the money from me. It CANNOT take so long to check this anyways. I have written on multiple ids but no response.

A very professional company who provided a first class service. In particular our account manager Katie was excellent. Extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. Although we didn't end up selling our business, this was in no way a reflection on Katie and Intelligent it was purely our decision to take our business off the market.
I would have no hesitation in recommending intelligent and Katie to any prospective client and would definitely use them again if our circumstances change in the future.

Sold an ecommerce business within 12 months. I have dealt with various people over this time and I can honestly say I feel like we have had value for money. Lots of interested parties, regular communications and nudges when I needed to get something sorted too which is needed sometimes! :)
